Great Usability and UX Feedback Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the large number of consumers I have access to via UserTesting. In addition, the quick turnaround on feedback and the Live Conversations feature have been great at giving us the necessary feedback for directional discovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our studies are a mixture between survey questions and usability open-ended so certain features like ranking and card sorting would be great.
In addition, from an account perspective sometimes the communication hasn't been as seamless as I wish it would have to let us know ahead of time of changes to our accounts that may affect how we use them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feedback on directional discovery. Does something work? Is it usable? Can a user accomplish a task? What is the experience like? Is our proposed solution solving a consumer problem? Real-time feedback to be able to ask follow up questions as well as the ability to easily contact users via UT has been great.

UserTesting Review
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to user test our products and show what makes sense to the user
What do you dislike about the product?

Great testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The video testing allowed us to see how and why a user us navigating the way they do. It provides great insight into the perception of our user design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I was pretty happy with it. I haven't used many other testing sites, so I don't have much to compare it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving navigation issues, and improving call to action locations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Research and know what you want the testers to do.
THE premier tool for gathering customer insights!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we have the ability to learn and test new ideas instantly. We've used User Testing from ideas for new messaging all the way up to fully interactive prototypes. It drives our marketing and product strategy, and allows us to validate new ideas and features quickly, and with real people. The highlight reel feature allows me to condense insights from real customers and present them to leadership to get buy-in and sign off. It has truly made us a more customer-centric company. I love that we can bring our own testers, or rely on the User Testing panel when we don't have the time our resources to source our own participants for studies.
Since signing up with User Testing, we have increased our volume of qualitative testing ten fold. All of my team mates love the ability to watch recordings and collaborate -- we always learn so much from each test.
I also really appreciate that UserTesting is constantly releasing new features and improving the product. They also have a great support team and online tutorials section so you are constantly learning new methods for testing and staying up to date on best practices.
As a UX practitioner, User Testing is the most important tool to the work I'm doing. It is worth every penny and has enabled our company to boldly release new features with confidence.

What do you dislike about the product?
User Testing is expensive, but worth every penny. To be fair, it would cost so much more (in dollars and time) to do this ourselves, but this tool is not cheap. I would say it's really only worth it if you are using regularly to make sure you are getting lots of value.

What a great tool !

The live-call user interviews function seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UserTesting came in handy when our team was building our user personas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When curating an audience with a survey, be very specific.
It's a very connivence tool for remote user testing
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can be offline and receiving results from users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not I can think of. But I do hope to find a way to require users to provide valuable feedback instead of a very short review. For example, allow multiple follow up questions under one task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was conducting a usability website. I provided three tasks for users to complete. All of them went through the tasks. Like I mentioned, I really like this user testing can be done offline.

Really solid tool
What do you like best about the product?
User pool and quality of users is really solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is too high, the free plan is too restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Test prototypes or website with tasks for users
An excellent tool for quick, hassle free user testing
What do you like best about the product?
The way I can interact with live results allows me to filter data in different ways and analyze it very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recruiting panel pricing model is mostly appealing to mid and upper scaled companies. Individual folks like me cannot afford to pay $50 per response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly do first click tests. It’s the best tool in the market for that. You won’t find any other tool as usable, fast and actionable as this one.
