Business recommendation - Treasure Data.
What do you like best about the product?
Implementaition was quite easy compared to the volume of data. Deliveries and proffessional services are at highest level. Appliaction is easy to use and gives a super overview. Number and level of standard connecters is impressive and working out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we haven't had any dislikes. We implemented the application half a year ago, and biggest issue for us, as a business, is to remember to use all the features in the application. Moving from an old mindset to a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main reason for purchase was the online orchestration. Having an overview of the customer and reaction on data instead of just pushing products.

Treasure Data service for preserving data
What do you like best about the product?
The data integrity is up to the mark and very easy to use. We can integrate easily with other services. It provides a vast data flexibility to the users. It generates 2M events every moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve with technology is too difficult. Treasure data must provide other services not just sales services. Provide CRM and event tracking also in your service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Treasure data provides me business to real time customer profile data such as the delivery of historical purchases and loyalty membership information. It provides centralised location for customer data
Great product for siloed data
What do you like best about the product?
Treasure Data enables all of the disintegrated data to come together at one place and further be used in campaigns and analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Treasure Data continues to improve with new feature launches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An organization that has been powering thousands of softwares collects huge amounts of data but when the data is siloed and not collected properly, the marketing team canot target specific audiences. Treasure data helped us overcome that blocker and helped increase revenue for our clients.
Flexible platform but sometimes hard to use.
What do you like best about the product?
A datalake platform with many data connections that are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have authentication by IP whitelist is awful to use, you need to have a fixed IP. Sometimes it works very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to create new data integrations because it has a lot of data catalogs.
Treasure Data is a joy to work with, from partnership, CS, PS, product, sales to engineering.

The training and documentation resource available help me to answer my questions before I reach out to support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical to non-technical UI integration. Suppose there was a more detailed dashboard-like landing page for non-technical users to understand the quality of the data.

Bi-direction 3rd party system connections for 1P data. Streamlining complex compliance regulations.
Very Easy Way for performing ETL
What do you like best about the product?
Interface and Speed , its helps to us to write the code in proper standard manner. Debugging of the code comes very handy, even making the modifications is very convinent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike , i would suggest to improve the speed. Apart from speed of loading the data from multiple sources would be very handy. No dislikes overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the buisness kind of logics and ETL helps in fetching the accurate records from the multiple data bases , even the data base holds million of records which is easy to store and retrieve the data.
Efficient and intuitive tool for CDP
What do you like best about the product?
Through the use and study of the platform, I believe that TD brings efficient and intuitive solutions in the way of dealing with consumer data and the resulting insights, with clear and detailed information in addition to exemplary service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would highlight the need for a greater range of more specific examples of frequent but avoidable cases of inefficiency in the use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TD brings the management and centralization of data in a simplified and intuitive way so that not only the creation of CDP is facilitated, but its use and maintenance make this tool ideal for maximum benefit by the customer looking for this solution.
After switching to Treasure Data our marketing team is finally empowered
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful platform with a lot of features to both handle large amount of data from all of our systems, and simple enough for our marketing team to be self empowered to tackle a lot of their use cases
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not the prettiest, but we have seen many improvements there. Isn't the cheapest solution, but the pricing model, once you understand it, helps us understand and generally manage overall spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our previous vendor, we began running into scenarios where we were bringing in large volumes of data and had very specific ways of setting up our channels, audiences and permissions where we were not able to effectively use it. We decided to switch and can now handle all the data volumes we need, and from the start were able to create, store and split the data per our very unique business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Treasure Data is used as a powerful data warehouse with an attached Customer Data Platform built on top of it. Treasure Data's data processing capabilities allow it to capture billions of rows of data at scale and process it in an efficient manner, allowing it to be a true source of record for all of your customer data. Treasure Data includes powerful technology to support robust data pipelines for technical teams, and an entire suite of integrations for marketing web personalization and audience communication activations across social advertising and direct marketing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Treasure Data allows organizations with strong technical teams to support the marketing team with an all-inclusive platform. A scenario where this may not be as appropriate would be for organizations without internal technical resources. Some features require technical customizations to fit the business use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Treasure Data allows companies to unlock the hidden relationship in the UI without needing to rely on internal technical resources. It becomes the source of truth for customer data, and a central hub to send this data out to other marketing channels.

The data pipeline construction has been made super easy on Treasure Data for both data input and output, especially when you transport a large amount of data from or to other sources
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several things I would suggest:
1. not too many examples to illustrate the major functionalities on the training website, especially in the workflow part.
2. The data stored in the TD is not editable, you can only insert and delete rows into or out of databases
