What do you like best about the product?
Having worked with various data integration and synchronization tools, I must say that Hightouch stands out for its exceptional level of automation and ease of use. What I truly appreciate is the platform's ability to seamlessly connect disparate data sources with our data warehouse. The simplicity in setting up triggers and conditions for data synchronization is a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
When dealing with intricate data workflows, debugging and identifying issues could be more challenging within the Hightouch environment. More comprehensive debugging tools and detailed error messages would greatly help in streamlining the troubleshooting process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with syncing data from salesforce and our data warehouse

Hightouch has greatly simplified the steps required to sync data from one system to another
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very helpful, you can clearly see how the fields are mapped and how successfull each sync is
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it to be easier to query specific values within all syncs instead of having to do it one sync at a time

Hightouch is allowing us to easily sunc data between systems in a highly visible and auditable manner.
Easy to use - gets data where it needs to go
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use existing tables OR write direct SQL to get meaningful data to where it needs to go. Often times companies have siloed data around their product, Hightouch helps you make it accessible to other systems like your CRM or marketing automation
What do you dislike about the product?
More options for alerts would be appreciated when a job fails or is "unhealthy"

Easy Way To Move Data Quick
What do you like best about the product?
Sleek UI and a intuitive interface that enables me and my team to send data over from source to destination. The alerts aare also wonderful and allows us to move quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little long in the beginning to figure out what I need to due so I'd say onboarding could something to focus on. A guided tour and a FAQ sessions might be beneficial to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HT to move data from one database to another allowing us to build real time solutions and identify customers that might need help. Most of the data we move is machine learning based.

What do you like best about the product?
I love hightouch's model/sync categorization, it allows me to create re-usable models that save time.
I also love its built-in CDC capability, leads to strong performance by reducing duplicate insertion requests. As we use some extremely slow analysis tooling, this is crucial for our workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the model configuration is amazing, some of the sync configuration settings could be better. In particular, the option in the Airtable connector to create and modify the end table schema would be hugely impactful and save a ton of time going back-and-forth making sure the columns match when I update a model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch perfectly handles all of our Reverse ETL needs, while providing a low-code way for our data ops team to adjust what data our execs and non-technical users can see.

User friendly and intuitive for a smooth brained ops monkey like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I load a model, it doesn't scroll intuitively. It's not the worst, just a minor workflow nice to have.

I need to be able to see when customers get notifications and this works perfectly for that.

It is very easy to add new fields to reverse ETL

Nothing...more security compliance on the free version would be nice.

Hightouch allowed us to reverse ETL data from sources into external platforms, which helped flesh out outreach programs.

The ease and simplicity of making connectiong between CRM and the Cloud data platform has me hooked!

There is not much to dislike about Hightouch, only have experience positives till now

The best thing is that you not need high technical skills to use Hightouch, and you dont need to be an engineer to start using Hightouch.

Great tool for sync and automation
What do you like best about the product?
It not only helps our organization meets our need of synchronization between database and CRM tools but alos has features that complements various project like the audiences for exemple. The support is also very responsive and brings additional ideas on how we can use the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything worth complaining; I think we might be using it a little bit more differently than others but it works fine for us

Because we have sensitive information about prospects that needs to be accessed by the sales team; we use hightouch extensively for synchronisation purposes
