People on chat don't have enough technical knowledge, so help can be slow

Automating manual tasks we completed in Salesforce. Now HT does it all

Hightouch is a great reverse ETL tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is a very easy to use tool, UI powered and user friendly. No code required to migrate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any specific negative remarks so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse ETL was a challenging task for our organization. We were able to accomplish reverse ETL from our Snowflake database to Saleforce environment without any glitches.
High Touch, High Tech
What do you like best about the product?
I love my ability to be able to automate repetitive tasks using Hightouch. It has saved me from working weekends, and it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to link Hightouch to existing queries or be able to manipulate the output of the data via filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me automate weekly emails I send out, which saves me an hour/day organizing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to connect models and destinations to each other. The amount of destinations is also extremely helpful in terms of how many different places you can send and port data into.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are random bugs within hightouch, like for example we have run into an issue where newly created DBT models are not readily available in hightouch and had to have worked with CX engineers to resolve this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending data into the different SaaS applications we currently use so that we can use our data wharehouse as a CDP instead of buying a very expensive end to end solution
Excellent product, even better team!
What do you like best about the product?
As I moved away from an all-in-one CDP solution, the integration of Hightouch was instrumental in helping us make the data warehouse become the "real" source of truth. It has allowed us to be more flexible in the data that we can send to third-party systems as well as back into our application database, which is the true operationalization of data that we needed. Even more so, when we have any form of hiccups in our distribution the team at Hightouch almost feels like they are just another department within our organization. They answer every issue, nearly immediately, and handle it like it the most important thing, even when it's a mistake on our part.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of writing a "non-answer" to a question, but I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike. They were amazing from the initial sales calls all the way through day-to-day usage...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best solve has been the ability to use the warehouse more effectively. We can now be slightly less critical about how something is stored and put more emphasis on how the data is used.
Hightouch Integrations with tools and services on ease
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing will i like, HighTouch capability of integration with already configured tools like Helpscout and support for tools like Regal on the basis of API specifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I can see data sync logs for a month would be more awesome to troubleshoot things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch helps reduce developer's efforts.
Great tool for automation and alerts
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with slack has been really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't get the 'warning' syncs until I went into hightouch to look for them. But I think it's probably something I can set up to get proactive alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
auto populating data points in sfdc, other platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for a non-technical user. The product is very straightforward for routing back end data to a google sheet in order to create a robust dashboard for departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to jump from models to syncs isn't as seamless as it could be. Also I really don't like not being able to easily see which google sheet/tab your sync applies to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to move away from python executed code to get sql data into google sheets.
This software is very flexible and easy to implement.
What do you like best about the product?
The support at Hightouch is outstanding. I'm working with a free version, but you wouldn't know it based on the level of support I've received when I have an issue!! Outstanding!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The only issues I've had is with getting date/datetime fields in Zoho to update properly. Turns out is was a Zoho issue, not a Hightouch problem. And yes, they were there to help me through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My issue is to get data from a Snowflake data warehouse and integrate/update data fields in Zoho. Hightouch was very easy to learn and configure with little or no training.
Great ETL Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Customization and ease of use. Hightouch helped us to create PQL scoring in HubSpot using our product usage data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit hard to use for non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighTouch solved the problem of having Product Data in our CRM and use it for the lead scoring and for sales conversations.
