Wonderful software
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch makes it easy top work with Google Sheets and SQl simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissioning is a little clunky in the way currently set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating varous datasets (ex. Google Sheets) with our internal databases.

Reverse ETL
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and the UI is really straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no webhooks, so that you can know when a sync finishes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse ETLs, wihtout needed to go to more fancy ashoc techs.
Makes it easy to take actions on your data insights
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to setup data flows from your data warehouse to other tools where you can take action on the data. We use it to make our marketing smarter and more efficient. It's very reliable, and we rarely have issues with the data flows failing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing really that we dislike. The only thing would be for them to keep adding more and more destinations for the data so we can keep optimizing different parts of our workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are transferring data to the tools where we can take action on the insights. We used to do a lot of this manually by downloading CSVs and importing them into other tools.

The ability to sync in real life and to able to transfer data streams from SQL directly into salesforceQL

The varying syntax and language for hightouch compared to what I use in SQL requiring time to customize

Solving the problem of being able to relay data outputs to the sales team

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch has helped us make use of the vast amounts of data we have as a technology-based company. From creating spreadsheets where business users can access necessary data outside of a DB querying tool to Slack alerts, Hightough has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there really isn't anything that I can think of!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabling us to get data into the hands of non-data people, and helping us monitor program success or failure.
A great tool so far for getting our systems to talk to one another
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly and succinctly see in one place where my data is going and the status of those syncs gives me confidence that everything is working as it should at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into anything thus far, but I'm an earlier adopter and I'm sure things will come up as we grow into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an easy way to get app data into our other systems to be able to analyze and interpret what is happening, what's working, and what may not be working.
A great tool that lets you set up low or no code syncs
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up a new sync between tools. I recently set up several new syncs with hightouch and it took me a fraction of time it would have taken me without hightouch
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike! However, I would appreciate if hightouch had more advanced settings (for example, editing the API call directly in Python) for some of more complex syncs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hightouch to send data between tools that do not have direct integration. It lets us enrich our data quickly and effortlessly.
Great tool for syncing data to from our warehouse to our CRMs
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is easy to use and offers a lot of flexibility in how you set up your data syncs. The number of integrations it offers is great and prevents us from needing multiple different tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility around field/data mapping. It would be nice to have conditional logic like: fill if blank but don't update if known. We've had a couple issues with data in our destination being overridden due to this.

Hightouch provides us a reliable tool to be able to sync data from our data warehouse to our CRMs and other business tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is super intuitive, easy to use & accomplished all my use cases! Kudos to the team for building the perfect alternative to a CDP!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some integrations are not useful as of today, for example OneSignal - here there is opportunity to treat OneSignal's push token ID as a unique identifier for syncing data!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to sync data to our business tools like Mailchimp from our data warehouse, and Hightouch has made our development process for this sync from 1-2 weeks to 10 minutes!
