My experience using Hightouch for business intelligence at a tech scale-up company

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and removes the need for in-house integrations to all the different tools (like CRMs) you use to manage your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
With this type of tool, there will always be some integrations that are not yet implemented. Make sure to check that Hightouch covers the integrations you rely on. There are also some limitations on number of data sources/warehouses etc. that ties into their pricing model. Should not be too limiting for small businesses and enterprises can afford to pay so it's not a huge issue, but make sure to check that it fits your usecase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch helps you pipe and transform your data for use in various integrations. Not having to implement these integrations saves time and makes the people consuming the business intelligence happy.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it extremely easy to set up new data sources and destination.
It offers a number of integration thus preventing us from needing many different applications which is nice.
It is super intuitive and easy to learn, understand and use.
It is fast thus saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hightouch requires more configuration options since it took so long to sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch is very intuitive, easy to use and straightforward.
Has a very clean UI which allows you to get to where you want to go.
I like how it provides seamless integration which makes it super easy to send data to end users.
Great and responsive customer support team.
It is time saving.

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch not only has an amazing product that we use to export/write data (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, Gainsight, Slack, Google Sheets, S3) but they have been amazing to work with. Having a connection with them over Slack made them super easy to work with and they always got back to us super quickly with good advice/implementation ideas/answering questions. Their product made it easy for non-programmer, operations people to pick up and start using as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the suggestions that I had made to our connections via Hightouch have already been implemented within production Hightouch. When we had tried to implement Audiences it was slow at that time, but I cannot think of anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch allows us to export our Customer 360 into Salesforce and Gainsight, ensuring that everyone is using the same source of truth and that everyone stays on the same page. It also helps us communicate internally to sales and marketing by pushing hourly status reports via Slack.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and reliable. Product is super straightforward and documentation is pretty well developed and useful. They also provided us with a dedicated Slack channel for support
What do you dislike about the product?
Developing new syncs and moving to production is a bit clunky. The developer experience could be a bit better but the speed to sync creation is also very high so can't complain too much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed us to automate creation of multiple records (customers, projects, sales orders, invoices, etc.) in Netsuite without the need for internal software resources

Currently, Hightouch syncs our customer & event data to CRM and Sales products [Mixpanel & Hubspot], it does so quickly and keeps our customers lifecycle up to date

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch makes it easy top work with Google Sheets and SQl simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissioning is a little clunky in the way currently set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating varous datasets (ex. Google Sheets) with our internal databases.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and the UI is really straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no webhooks, so that you can know when a sync finishes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse ETLs, wihtout needed to go to more fancy ashoc techs.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to setup data flows from your data warehouse to other tools where you can take action on the data. We use it to make our marketing smarter and more efficient. It's very reliable, and we rarely have issues with the data flows failing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing really that we dislike. The only thing would be for them to keep adding more and more destinations for the data so we can keep optimizing different parts of our workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are transferring data to the tools where we can take action on the insights. We used to do a lot of this manually by downloading CSVs and importing them into other tools.

The ability to sync in real life and to able to transfer data streams from SQL directly into salesforceQL

The varying syntax and language for hightouch compared to what I use in SQL requiring time to customize

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch has helped us make use of the vast amounts of data we have as a technology-based company. From creating spreadsheets where business users can access necessary data outside of a DB querying tool to Slack alerts, Hightough has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there really isn't anything that I can think of!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabling us to get data into the hands of non-data people, and helping us monitor program success or failure.
