What do you like best about the product?
Reverse ETL by synchronizing data to any SaaS Warehouse through SQL which eradicate manual technicalities and saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need I say something really, everything works perfectly for me while using Hightouch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines in real-time.

Offers real-time business alerts on top of each data warehouse.

What do you like best about the product?
Hitouch is the greatest, easiest and simplest tool to connect customer data and warehouse data to ther software like CRms and to network. It has awesome API designer that provide a web-based interface that enhance documenting, designing and also testing the APIs. Hitouch expandability is effortless since one can update it and keep in touch with the new sources. It a tool that is very effective by providing a secure way to transfer data from one point to another ensuring the safety in transmission due to its security features. Its integration with the CRM and marketing Automation systems is so effective for various processes and tasks. I really enjoy the end -to-end automated data workflow that are booster for our automations. The orchestrator engine has enhanced our data routing and also management of complex workflow processes in our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
A very amazing product. Its really works well to meet our desired expectations. The dashboard layout is very simple and easily understandable. The support team are so responsive and their services are satisfying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No dislike on this tool.This tool has saved us time and operational cost. Our performance has really gone to another level. More than 12% business growth due to its quick integration and speedy automation.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to get started with this tool.I like how this tool has an intuitive and user-friendly interface thus ease to navigate.I like the way this tool enables me sync customer data.It's easy to run marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the support service. Never had been able to interact with a customer support service who can engage on technical conversations as in here, take on my feedback and push for quick software deliveries from Hightouch (in some cases on the matter of days).
What do you dislike about the product?
Hightouch aims at delivering plenty of integrations and tries to build a framework that applies for them all, without taking into consideration many of the key differences in technology that come with each integration.

For example, the syncs to PostgresDB. These do not support Enum types. Also, the syncs are not transactional (syncs are done in batches of 100 rows by default). Both are essential properties of PostgresDB and the main reason why a company uses PostgresDB is to benefit from these features.

I would encourage Hightouch to pay attention to these details and consider this when building an integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We basically use Hightouch as a tool to sync data from our internal DWH to various destinations. Among these, we remark Hubspot and PostgresDB. The benefit is naturally that we can delegate this task to Hightouch service, with no excessive cost on usage (billed by destination and not sync runs), and also it integrates with DataDog, meaning we can get alerts out of the box.

It's very observance with ETL which are visible.
