What do you like best about the product?
Great abstraction over what would usually be large amount of engineering hours. Of course, engineering expertise still needed, but what would require days can often be done in minutes or hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are better than others. Unsure if this is on hightouch's end or the providers' end but some services are easier to integrate with than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems Hightouch is sovling:
- Syncing external warehouse data to our SaaS tool.
- Avoid writing large amounts of custom sync code, instead relying on no code config.

The Only Reverse ETL Service I Trust!

What do you like best about the product?
Where do I start?! When we began to look for a Reverse ETL services we looked at Census and even considered building our own solutions. We love the fact that we can sync our client's data to the CRM. There are so many Saas tools available making integration a breeze. We love the human level of support that they provided us with. We were typically are in touch with an individual or team directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been really impressed with Hightouch, but with any software there is room for improvement. I want to see more connectors which I have emailed them about. My major complaint is the price jump from the free version to the starter version which is why we no longer use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped our agency send data directly to our marketers with no use of scripts or APIs. They support all 10 connectors we use. It simply uses SQL which helps our company get things done 10x faster.

Easy to Use Solution

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch provided a fairly low lift solution to connect data into our CRM and we can continue to monitor the connection in Hightouch. It is easy to see if there is an error or issue, as well as what information has been sent from one tool to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I specifically did not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch provided the method by which to send information from Snowflake to Salesforce with relative ease. Consistently works well and provides high value for us given the data that we are reverse ETLing.

What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch allows me to sync data from data warehouse directly to CRM tools via SQL and no code is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was daunting to integrate with external applications although I acquired tutorials from the vendor success team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it a breeze to unlock insights by visualizing data across customer data platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hightouch is its intuitive interface. The software is easy to use and helps users quickly find the information they need. What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use and has excellent support, and the user interface is intuitive and very easy to understand; overall, it's a perfect platform with a quick and easy setup.

Honestly, I don't find any problem with this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how useful it is for moving data from our warehouse to email marketing CRM.
It's UI is very intuitive.
Has very useful synchronized records.
With it you can easily connect our snowflake instance to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Excellent tool with top notch customer support, nothing to dislike towards it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for data integrity across platforms.
Also it saves alot of time!!
