Works fine but beware of upfront engineering work and long sync times
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to push our admin data into Hightough and sync to Salesforce which was our primary goal at implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync times are slow and our reps complain that the sync takes hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sync data to Salesforce for our client facing teams

Great product, made my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch made my job easier allowing very quick and simple plug and play technology with Salesforce, allowing me to take our data in the DBT and easily convert it to SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to highlight thus far. it's worked well for my needs

Syncing customer information to SFDC

What do you like best about the product?
Plenty of integration options. What sets this tool apart is the transparency of your data and ability to drill down to individual events when troubleshooting issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This tool is very good. Highly reccomemended for all.

Hightool is leveraging the power of our Snowflake environment to enable it as a CDP for marketing
Great HubSpot connection
What do you like best about the product?
If you have HubSpot and a Data Warehouse Hightouch provides an exceptional connection mapping both native custom object and properties.
It also has the ability to push in associations, unlike other applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the mapping to HubSpot was simple, the mapping of data from the warehouse required SQL - which required a level of data expertise.
You will require a data scientist to assist in the set up. While the custom success team is helpful, they are more focused on demoing the basics.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passing data from Snowflake data warehouse or AWS warehouse to HubSpot CRM. As a result we are able to calculate the health of users in CRM and identify opportunity for sales.
Excellent RELT Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is an incredibly easy tool to pass data back to other platforms. I could make a query and pass data back to Salesforce in no time. They also have made it incredibly easy to work with platforms like prefect to orchestrate tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the error messaging was a little more straightforward. I often get errors or warnings on jobs and have to dig around to find the root cause. If they had better error messages, it would help with debugging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to get transformed data back into salesforce to use as our main CRM. We would have had to spend a lot of time figuring out how to get the data from our end state back into salesforce however, hightouch solved this quickly and cheaply.
Hightouch allowed us to focus our engineering time on core product features

- It streamlines the process of synchronizing our data across the various vendors that we use.

- We've been using the product since it's early days; a lot of the features are now gated to $$$ customers.

We use Hightouch to sync our data onto Salesforce + other platforms

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to setup a no-code data pipeline from our data warehouse into Hubspot CRM. It's a stable and trustworthy sync mechanism.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lack of Insert method, to build a different workflow between Insert and Update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sync data into Hubspot CRM in a no code solution.
Very intuitive, great for connecting non-technical people with data quickly

The platform is incredibly intuitive. It's very easy to make changes and connecting to Google Sheets, specifically is so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much negative feedback. It's a good platform to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily visualize data in Tableau, but these licenses are very expensive. With Hightouch, we can use Google Sheets for the folks that prefer to have the opportunity to play directly with data vs having to download a CSV and load into GSheets. It makes it a lot easier for us to automate slides that are produced on a regular cadence.
Easy to way to make sure our systems are in sync!

If you know SQL / low-code, easy to set up

The UI could be cleaner (has been fixed)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've got a few systems (data warehouse, CRM, backend) that need to be in sync. Otherwise, we spend time and effort trying to figure out which is the "source of truth". Hightouch makes it easy to sync, and flags when there are discrepancies.
Easy Airtable to Salesforce Sync
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use as someone who hasn't used a tool like Hightouch before. It's really easy to leave it running in the background, and not have to think about it too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first time we enabled the sync between Airtable and Salesforce, it took a while for Hightouch to find the specific table we were looking for. This wasn't a huge issue for us, but just meant setting up the sync took a bit longer than planned.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of information about prospects in an Airtable database, and wanted an easy way to push this into Salesforce via a 1 way sync. Hightouch has allowed us to do this at a low cost which is excellent!
