The tool works, and they have one of the best support experiences I have ever seen.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself works very well. We use it to sync data to Salesforce and Hubspot from our data warehouse, and it does that job with ease.
One of the things I have been most impressed with is the customer support experience. I don't need to use the support a lot, but it is very smooth when I do. Their support reps are available in my company slack as a connected channel. Tickets can be created directly from slack and all updates are received through that medium. I love it!
They also support a few free connectors which we didn't notice until after we signed the contract, and they were a big help or us.

What do you dislike about the product?
Organization within the app gets a little tricky as lots of pipelines get built. I don't have great ways to name things like syncs to make them easier to organize, but tags and folders help make that manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We built a lot of business logic in our data warehouse, and needed ways to share the output of that business logic with the company, specifically in Sales and Marketing. This allows us to use reverse ETL patterns to sync data to Salesforce and Hubspot

Easy experience, and excellent for reverse ETL!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be able to use end-destination data (computed traits, aggregates, etc) as a source to model and then send back to a source, enabling reverse ETL really easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process to model data was a bit longer than I expected it to be, and I needed some assistance from the customer success team. However, their team definitely made up for the deficiencies of setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse ETL. We had some computed traits and aggregate data that was needing to be routed back through our CDP, which Hightouch enabled perfectly. Unfortunately, our CDP then also developed native reverse ETL and we abandoned Hightouch for it.
Quickly & Easily Sends Data Across Systems
What do you like best about the product?
We have data across various databases that can be difficult to combine while in code, but can be easily done through our data warehouse. Hightouch allows me to use the flexibility of the data warehouse to send that data to any of our third party systems!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing it's missing (or that I just haven't found yet, I'm a pretty new user) would be the ability to give it a webhook so that it could send data back into our application, and not just to third parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to combine data in interesting ways from across multiple databases. This gives us a lot more flexibility in the data that we can use to create new features for our users.
Hightouch is the best reverse etl tool

It offers various destinations with high business importance

Pricing seems to be on the expensive side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HT has catalyzed our process of sending data to various internal tools without coding. Also the sync monitoring feature allows to combat any problems in production
Hightouch has a very straightforward interface — didn't run into much issue setting up my first sync
What do you like best about the product?
The UI in Hightouch from my first impression is very easy to navigate -- I didn't need to search around much documentation to learn how to set up our account. It's great to have an intuitive set up process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the error messages could be more descriptive. The one issue I had with setting up my sync was an issue on my end -- I hadn't set the proper permissions in our redshift account for the table we wanted to sync. However, the error message I was receiving in Hightouch didn't indicate that it was a permissions error we needed to fix -- the error message was more along the longs of "something went wrong".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch solves our need to sync internal data to external marketing partners. The only way we were able to do this previously was through tag managers, which is much less comprehensive than sending a full data set
Very accessible way to centralize sources of truth using our data stack
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch is very easy to use, has many supported outputs and the value is immense in centralizing sources of truth (everything comes from Snowflake)
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides I can think of! Everything works as expected

Hightouch is helping our CS and Sales team get more insights on an account directly in Salesforce with transformed data coming from Snowflake

What do you like best about the product?
We use Hightouch to send data from BigQuery into Pipedrive our CRM. We do various analyses in BigQuery that are important for our customer contact and which we reload via reverse ETL in Pipedrive. What we also like is that a connector is for free which allowed us to test the tool very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I unfortunately do not like is that if you want to use the tool much more, it becomes very very expensive and probably the added value is not calculated. What we find very unfortunate.

As I just mentioned, we use Hightouch as a reverse ETL tool, we sync data from BigQuery into Pipedrive to facilitate our sales managers' work and provide certain information.

- can schedule a sync with airflow very easily
- salesforce mapping is quite powerful (you can find an account where one field equals a certain value)

Can't test a sync on a specific row: sometimes we need to test a sync with different scenarios but when you clic on test, you can only randomly choose one row

A flexible service that is easy to use and fully documented
What do you like best about the product?
I like this product; it is excellent because it offers a customer support service that can be easily contacted to solve problems and clarify some doubts. I like that it was adjusted to our needs for our infrastructure and to connect with more significant impacts for our clients, and the interface is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. All is very well with Hightouch. For now, there is no displeasure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for our data to be able to have it centralised in our work team and data to be able to synchronise it in external stores and receive notifications and alerts.
