Sync Airtable - Google Cloud Review
What do you like best about the product?
I used it to sync data between Airtable and Google Cloud, and it was straightforward and fast to set up. I just had to connect my sources and destinations, define my SQL model, and map my fields. Hightouch did the rest and kept my data fresh and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs some improvement to clarify what needs to be done and how to do it since it is a tool that aims to help people without much programming knowledge. So having more precise and more direct documentation would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch helped me to sync the Airtable easily with the google cloud. With that, my database was constantly updated, and I could use it with various tools, such as Power BI. This optimized my time and facilitated the ETL process of my data.
Hightouch Snowflake to Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
A reverse ETL tool that has really helped to migrate the Snowflake data to Salesforce using only few clicks with no coding required. Moreover we can schedule the model leveraging cron job expression and no outside scheduler is required
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside i see with this product is minimal scope of transformations. You have to be proficient in DBT to apply transformation logic.If possible team can work upon on including the transformation expression inside the model itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AS part of the migration,client wants to migrate data from Snowflake to Salesforce. Even though e can use Salesforce CRMA studio but the scheduling and debuggin was not much user friendly. So we have used hightouch and it has made our process very smooth and moreover it supports CDC logic as well using UPSERT functionality in product
Really good player in the field of Reverse ETL that doesn’t cost a lot
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch worked so well and we began using it as the core ETL connector for our data lake. The pricing model has worked out so well for us. The data integration from source to destination is very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
All processes are transparent and if something seems a miss you can get a handle of a very helpful customer support quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Does what we wanted it to do allowing us to ingest data from 3rd party sources into our data warehouse. It is the ideal tool we needed to bootstrap our data infrastructure. We were able to connect spreadsheets to our DB preventing us inputting by hand.
Smart and convenient ETL tool for super fast data pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch has been one of the easiest data pipelines integration that I have used. The customer support team has been very responsive and patient while I ask pesky questions. Pipeline set up process is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been excellent with some of the improvements which I have suggested already. I still would like custom email notification to receive ETL summary everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating ETL pipelines, models and workflows. Data is being aggregated from various sources and dumped into a DB of our choice, allowing us to build reports fast.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration, and the user interface experience is pleasant. I also think it's a reliable tool that can sync with data and offers integration with SaaS tools. It's great, and I hope I do not have any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
This solution does not present problems because the software has improved a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is useful solution that if it solves problems with the synchronization of data because if offered us a storage system and upload data, send information to our APIs, it facilitated the monitoring and channeling of data.

HighTouch helps us a lot to leverage in real-time our data across all of our stack. The number of workflow ideas is unlimited.

Nothing, I haven't yet hit any limitation

Helpful tool that enables us to move Data. Hightouch team has been quick to respond to technical questions and overall helpful support.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues so-far. Things are working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to pass data from the data science side of the business.
Great, quick to setup and easy to use solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The product has a very intuitive and easy to use interface. There were a lot of pricing options, but the best part was that for simple use cases like excel connections, it was completely free. The biz dev team was also very helpful and very prompt in their responses. In the end, we were able to achieve what we set out to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not support SSO based Snowflake access. Our company uses one login and this was not supported. However, we were able to create another access mechanism using user-pass to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get date from Snowflake into our google sheets. We have several gsheets which require queries to run on a scheduled basis and update certain tabs in these google sheets.

Hightouch makes business data information to be distributed to various sites safely.
That application is very simple and easy to set up. It's user friendly in the sense that you can get data from one source to another. It's so efficient and effective with its ability of sending data to different users without Apls and this saves time.
Data Synchronisation across many platforms makes it simple and easier to move around as an ETL application.
The platform gives people without information on programming have an opportunity to ask questions visually or do a live chat. This makes it more friendly as it gives room for queries about the product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The audience was a major problem, but Hightouch just automatically identifies the most reliable and relevant audience. The fastest quick synchronisation of data across multiple Saas platforms is something unique from this application as compared to other platforms. I just love it.
