Helpful tool, helpful support
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful tool that enables us to move Data. Hightouch team has been quick to respond to technical questions and overall helpful support.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues so-far. Things are working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to pass data from the data science side of the business.

Great, quick to setup and easy to use solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The product has a very intuitive and easy to use interface. There were a lot of pricing options, but the best part was that for simple use cases like excel connections, it was completely free. The biz dev team was also very helpful and very prompt in their responses. In the end, we were able to achieve what we set out to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not support SSO based Snowflake access. Our company uses one login and this was not supported. However, we were able to create another access mechanism using user-pass to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get date from Snowflake into our google sheets. We have several gsheets which require queries to run on a scheduled basis and update certain tabs in these google sheets.
Straight Forward Data Migration Support
What do you like best about the product?
Hightouch makes business data information to be distributed to various sites safely.
That application is very simple and easy to set up. It's user friendly in the sense that you can get data from one source to another. It's so efficient and effective with its ability of sending data to different users without Apls and this saves time.
Data Synchronisation across many platforms makes it simple and easier to move around as an ETL application.
The platform gives people without information on programming have an opportunity to ask questions visually or do a live chat. This makes it more friendly as it gives room for queries about the product.
The application is so amazing when it comes to migration of data, it has got the automated ability that allows data migration very fast.
On ETL application, I think Hightouch carries the day.

It's a sress free platform. No dislike for now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The audience was a major problem, but Hightouch just automatically identifies the most reliable and relevant audience. The fastest quick synchronisation of data across multiple Saas platforms is something unique from this application as compared to other platforms. I just love it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions can be a bit tricky. For example, to view a failed run, you have to have an Editor or Admin role which isn't ideal from a security standpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing Production Data to CRMs and Google Sheets, Notifying employees of customer changes.
A simple, easy tool for data activation
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, quick to get ob-boarded & work hands-on

Early to comment. As of now, using it for very few use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in data activation. Currently, the use case is to send warehouse data (ELT) to external software to enable non-tech users as an input
easy RETL for a non-technical ops guy
What do you like best about the product?
It's UI/UX and ease of use. I am very much NOT a technical, data engineer type person, but I was able to set up Hightouch to create connections between our DB and our CRM in less than an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, honestly. I could say that it doesn't have enough documentation, or is tough for a complete novice to use, but that's like leaving a negative review for a Calculus 2 class because it didn't spend enough time going over addition and subtraction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool to push our Postgres data into Hubspot. We also took some data from that DB to a product-led sales platform to help inform our Hubspot activity - saves a ton of time going back and forth.
Pushing to salesforce made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Syncng to salesforce from a variety of sources without having to build the system is very efficient. This means you can standup a system to have active viable data with error handling, while you can either build out your own system, or focus on providing value.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs more money than building things yourself, however in the short run less money than paying someone to build you a system.
It would be nice for built-in bidirectional sync to SFDC, that would really be a gamechanger for a lot of people and directly compete with the wildly overpriced "Heroku Connect"

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to pull data out of Salesforce with AWS products, but pushing it back in isn't as easy or efficient, not to mention HighTouch handles the database diffing so you only push data that has changed recently.

Great tool for keeping your systems up to date
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can take data from our App and sync it into Salesforce at different intervals. This allows us to have up to date data in our CRM as well as our marketing automation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much for me to dislike so far. I am relatively new to the tool but so far so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to push data into multiple systems at the same time so we can keep everything up to date with the most accurate information

What do you dislike about the product?
- We had issues creating remarketing audiences for Google Ads due to low match rates (an issue more unique to our company as we required business emails, whereas Google Ads operated off of GCLID/gmail mapping)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing Hightouch as the single source of truth (consolidation play) for all our CRM based audiences (exclusions + lookalikes/retargeting).
