What do you like best about the product?
As I am using Openshift for my current project. Its easy to use . Opensource and user friendly.
Easy/Straightforward deployments.Provide features of RWX/ RWO. Easy to add expansion add capacity in PV or PVCs.
As there can be multiple container inside 1 pod. If 1 container fails , it will provide sufficient logs to troubleshoot further.

What do you dislike about the product?
Disadvantage is in applications sometimes pods interconnectivity connectivity lose and dont provide sufficient information.
After restart problem will be resolved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes our containers goes OOM or nodes exhausted.
In this case, using dashboards or alerts generated we are expanding resources (CPU/Mem) and will resolve the problems.

Openshift is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Openshift console, openshift operators and performance
What do you dislike about the product?
Health check issues and pod disconnection
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing secrets, helping teams to deploy their applications using CI/CD to openshift ECS clusters
Great experience with scalability and monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and quick deployment. You don't need to be storage guru to carry out the deployment. Gives a great experience of scheduling, monitoring, security of storage resources.
The dashboard provides great monitoring and management features, if the storage services are impacted, the OpenShift Container Storage performs healing and recovery as well making data resilient and available to end users.
Storage expansion are also easy and quick.
To summarise OpenShift Container storage provides agile, scalable and persistent data services for Red Hat OpenShift services.
Container based tools like Jenkins and Buddy have can run on OpenShift Container storage to automate CI/CD pipeline. Best orchestrator and works great in multi-cloud environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything particular that I dislike as of now as features are very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpenShift Container storage for continuous integration and data aggregation. Also if there is any error related to storage a quick alert is provided on a dashboard. This helps to review the scenario and resolve it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage services along with Red Hat OpenShift, it highly simplifies data management and allows storage to be provisioned or reclaimed on demand.
One of enterprise grade orechesation for container..
What do you like best about the product?
It's supported object service which is peculiar in Market
What do you dislike about the product?
Stateful application having few limited than kubernetes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use it for ecommerce application hosting
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes..
Best container storage💙 easy to setup and use💙
What do you like best about the product?
I extremely love the external mode support it offers for shared storage with Red Hat Ceph Storage, as well as support for VMs and applications on OpenShift thereby making it very easy to manage.
Also it offers persistent storage which helps in various other tasks when working on AI/ML based apps.
There are no bottlenecks and the performance seems better when integrated with our Architecture.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I'm still figuring out the application and by the time I am writing this I do not find any flaws in the app. Will surely update once I come through some limits /dislikes. But for now, none💓
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with the performance of Virtualized and containerized apps.
Also, storage related issues for containerized and Virtualized archs.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you care about High reliability and Performance then just consider using it. ;)
OpenShift Container Storage enables you to deploy virtualized apps alongwith containerized apps on a common infra and enables the migration of VMs between worker nodes by providing shared block storage.

Very good experience
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing in this is it makes very easy for development teams to deploy their application
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't seen much as I have seen most of the features are easy to use. Easy documentation would have helped more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems like deployment of application was taking lot of time like containerising the application, then deploying that on some server which are done by openshift in very less time
Openshift Developer Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Openshift 3.11 is quite good and OpenShift 4 coming up with nice feature. Not used Storage till now
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
It’s good for dynamic provisioning of persistent volume claims (PVC) in Open Shift Container Platform, that swift creation and reduces the overall container creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of documentation and training. Youtube demo /Redhat submit might help to reach widely :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the maintenance window
Highly recommended
What do you like best about the product?
It runs anywhere Red Hat OpenShift does: on-premise or in the public cloud. The platform offers tightly integrated, persistent data services for Red Hat OpenShift and hybrid multi cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Developer productivity depends on agile continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipe-lines and responsive infrastructure. To perform effectively, developers require self-service storage deployment access, freeing them from having to think about storage provisioning as a separate activity that often causes delays. With comprehensive support for Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage automates the provisioning of storage alongside the provisioning of application resources, all within the OpenShift administrator console. Container-based tools like Jenkins can run on Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage to automate the CI/CD pipeline with improved performance as build dependencies don’t need to become retrieved with each build cycle.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage provides software-defined storage that lets organizations deploy their apps and storage as needs dictate and adjust as they move forward. Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage supports file, block, and object storage and employs a single set of Kubernetes Operators across all cloud platforms. Organizations can support multiple workload types with a single software-defined storage solution, and applications can move easily between cloud platforms with compatibility. It can lock applications into a given cloud vendor because other vendors offer a different mix of storage technologies and capabilities.
