Platform to create custom forms to track data

What do you like best about the product?
I love the look of the reports. The tools are easy to use and configure. It has some pretty cool features. I like the ability to organize and have easy access to information. The flexibility of the rules engine is also excellent. I like being able to easily track tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to receive a daily summary by email. I would also like to customize the thank you message based on the scores of the respondents. I would love to have additional filtering options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its tools allow us to segment by type of customer. Most of the established features are easy to configure. The new features are useful and simplify execution. Provides a structure to help with task management. There are easy-to-follow charts, graphs, and tools.

What do you like best about the product?
We currently changing to an Agile working which we are implementing with Zendesk, JIRA Projects, Confluence, Salesforce Etc. The clear and concise integration followed with data analytic output helped the business transition more easily
What do you dislike about the product?
For our customers and employees who are not technology focused it was a large transitional jump.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the missing pieces or overlooked sections in our Support and Development cycles that weren't taken into consideration in the planning stages.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having a direct line of communication with our customers. They provide good basic data collection tools. I love the ability to reach out to members of our community. The user interface is clean. I also like the report suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more updates in the future. Sometimes I find it difficult to get technical support. Also sometimes the requested changes take a while to be made. I wish the tool was a bit more sophisticated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool itself is fast and easy to use. It provides an attractive dashboard and is a stable environment. He also has excellent account management. It has the flexibility that allows you to create research studies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very accessible and easy to learn. I also like the metric options. It provides great analytics to increase our customer response. It has a very good reporting engine. I like how I can keep track of my feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software works efficiently and we have no glitches. I wish the layouts were more customizable. It is a fairly simple app but with the necessary functions. It is the right price for such a solution.

It is a very clever system for gathering important information. Statistics are helpful in keeping track of opinions. The customer experience has improved based on feedback. It is very useful to have the statistics of how the service works.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the logic of questions that you can apply. I also like that the tool is easy to use. The comment system is very simple to understand. It provides detailed metrics for our needs. I love the graphical visualization of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the ability to move the image to a different location. I would also like you to graph the results. I think analytics and reporting need to be improved. I would love to see more text editor options.

It is a flexible and versatile platform. We use them to collect customer feedback. The tool provides templates. It is a solution designed to collect feedback. It also provides a beautiful survey interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics Customer Experience tool integrates with platforms seamlessly.
Great and fantastic dashboard experience.
I like the ability to customize and create features.
It makes it easy to track customer interactions.
Very easy and simple to learn and understand.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times i find the reporting engine a little bit difficult and tricky to use. Nothing much.

Qualtrics Customer Experience offers key functionality which is very useful for sales.
It is easy and simple to learn, understand and configure.
Provides so many capabilities to manage.
Ability to receive automatic updates which keeps me updated.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can see areas for improvement. Provide ways to reconcile for any review. I love the simple design and the tables. It is a great tool for training. I also love being able to see all the data I want in a simple format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to download all of our history in a single export. Sometimes it stops working and clients stop receiving notifications. I would love to be able to create a more complete custom dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good platform to manage customer reviews. Provides feedback in real time. It also provides a large amount of data and information. It offers a unique approach to make employees feel satisfied.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to bind custom data. I love the ability to customize. The simplicity in the user interface is the best. I also love the task creation feature. He has amazing solutions to problems. I like the ability to track a client's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to run calculations inside panels. Sometimes it may seem a bit slow to load. I also wish the registration section had a little more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to use once you learn how to use the features. It has advanced segmentation capabilities. Personalizations allow us to monitor activities. We have been able to automate and track parts of the cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility of integrations with other platforms. The graphics are also very useful. I also like the amount of information that can be extracted. The dashboard experience is just great. I like the reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful to be able to export more robust reports. I would also love to be able to link usage stats to scores. Analysis and labeling could be improved.

The product itself is intuitive and easy to use. It offers an easy to understand and very clean platform. It's also great for customer feedback. The system was easy to integrate into our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create and customize features. It offers key functionality that is useful for sales. I like the design and feel of the tool. I also love the dashboard's ability to see all the data. It's great for tracking customer interactions.

The documentation is often too vague. Also the workflows within the administration can be inconsistent. The reporting engine is really difficult to use at times.

It's great for viewing account usage data. You have the ability to survey your customer base quickly. It's an easy way for our team to keep track. It has a clear path to integrate the best model.
