Comprehensive and robust CX software
What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics staff does an excellent job of connecting with new clients and ensuring they are set up for success when they launch the Qualtrics software at their companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can be a bit tricky if you've never used anything like it previously. However, Qualtrics does have several demo videos that they make accessible that demonstrate how to use the functionalities within Qualtrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics is giving us a tool for omnichannel monitoring, which we have never had at our company. Having software that analyzes survey, text, call, and social media data is crucial for any company, but especially a bank in the current economic climate.

An Excellent customer experience tool
What do you like best about the product?
Most useful features u will like that sets it apart from other softwares, are the intelligent insights like potential upsales, engagement health etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything in mind right now which I can describe as negative points for it.

Qualtrics Customer Experience helps us to engage with our customers better, grabbing more opportunities from existing clients, leading to a high retention rate of our customers.

For someone who is unfamiliar with metrics and understanding customer data, QUALTRICS provides you with every single aspect under the sun. It may feel overwhelming for first time users!

It takes a while to get feedback and data but in the end its worth it.

They help keep retention. They help solve the amount of turnover by getting real data. They also help with customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the sheer convenience and efficiency of Qualtrics Customer Experience. The availability of a wide range of resources, from tutorials to knowledgeable customer service agents, is extremely helpful in resolving issues quickly, allowing me to get on with my work. What's more, the detailed architecture allows for more precise analysis, giving me access to much deeper insights into my data than was previously possible without any setup time or technical know-how. All in all, the flexibility and thoroughness of Qualtrics Customer Experience makes it a great investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the help of the Qualtrics Customer Experience support team, but I find the slow updates frustrating as they prevent me from taking advantage of new versions. It took some adjusting to the system, but now it's second nature.

I'm benefiting from the Qualtrics CX platform by gaining insight into how wholesale customers feel about our brand.
Great platform to improve service with great features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability everyone can have a custom look. The platform is intuitive and the team is constantly working. It is a simple tool to retain our customers. The user platform is amazing. I like the way they handle questions from drivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disadvantage that I see is the integration with other tools to extract. Going to reports is always annoying because it's clunky. I wish they had reports out of the box that I could use as a starting point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great out-of-the-box solution with tons of capabilities. It allows us to create multiple campaigns to track the experience of our customers. It also allows us to understand what our customers really think. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use.
A professional survey solution for powerful analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Qualtrics Customer Experience allows me to easily create surveys with advanced logic and custom filters to gain powerful insights from the data I collect. The Research Core makes this task incredibly easy with user-friendly features such as a quiz editor, template library, and survey development support options. What's more, its stylish dashboards help to ensure that all team members understand the information being presented, as it is presented in a comprehensive yet aesthetically pleasing manner. Furthermore, these dashboard elements allow us to get quick answers by simply viewing preset or filtered results - allowing our teams more time to focus on strategy rather than just analysing raw data points! All in all, Qualtrics has enabled me to achieve my research goals faster and easier due to the remarkable accuracy of its tools, leaving no room for inaccurate assessment of results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very dissatisfied with the Qualtrics customer experience when it comes to loading or deleting data on demand. Updates seem to take far too long, and there are very restrictive limits on how many times a user can respond, which is extremely frustrating. In addition, the lack of an easy to use solution for sharing dashboard links requires customers to pay unnecessarily for more accounts than they need, which is a significant financial burden - perhaps either a deliberate monetary motivation by Qualtrics or simply poor optimisation by their team for commercial use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Qualtrics Customer Experience, I am able to get feedback from my customers more quickly before launching a programme. This helps me to identify any patterns in customer behaviour on the website and make changes where necessary to ensure an effective launch.
Platform to create custom forms to track data
What do you like best about the product?
I love the look of the reports. The tools are easy to use and configure. It has some pretty cool features. I like the ability to organize and have easy access to information. The flexibility of the rules engine is also excellent. I like being able to easily track tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to receive a daily summary by email. I would also like to customize the thank you message based on the scores of the respondents. I would love to have additional filtering options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its tools allow us to segment by type of customer. Most of the established features are easy to configure. The new features are useful and simplify execution. Provides a structure to help with task management. There are easy-to-follow charts, graphs, and tools.
Customer Satisfaction for Burgeoning Agile Supports and Development Sprints
What do you like best about the product?
We currently changing to an Agile working which we are implementing with Zendesk, JIRA Projects, Confluence, Salesforce Etc. The clear and concise integration followed with data analytic output helped the business transition more easily
What do you dislike about the product?
For our customers and employees who are not technology focused it was a large transitional jump.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the missing pieces or overlooked sections in our Support and Development cycles that weren't taken into consideration in the planning stages.
Attractive platform with great actionable data
What do you like best about the product?
I like having a direct line of communication with our customers. They provide good basic data collection tools. I love the ability to reach out to members of our community. The user interface is clean. I also like the report suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more updates in the future. Sometimes I find it difficult to get technical support. Also sometimes the requested changes take a while to be made. I wish the tool was a bit more sophisticated.

The tool itself is fast and easy to use. It provides an attractive dashboard and is a stable environment. He also has excellent account management. It has the flexibility that allows you to create research studies.
