What do you like best about the product?
I love that Qualtrics Customer experience is readily available at the touch of your fingertips - most of the time you can get a Qualtrics rep on the phone to answer your questions or receive a follow-up email later in the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they do not have the bandwidth to answer questions in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics Customer Experience helps me solve custom problems and more technical issues. They show the way on how to best utilize some features that I otherwise would not know on my own.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to build complex surveys which is something I really like.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are not the best. It is difficult for internal business partners to consume results. the dashboards in Vocalize need improvements. I would be happy to give more feedback / suggestions / ideas I have on how to improve the product.

Better reporting features. I find that business partners have difficulty consuming dashboards and the text analytics features

Flexibility of the platform & ease of implementation via GTM

The platform is not intuitive to navigate, there is a significant learning curve.

Capturing in experience feedback regarding ease of use & comprehension. We have not begun actively using the platform.

I love that I can send text messages to any customer that has interacted with our team within a certain time period.

I can't think of anything I really dislike -- the price is one thing, but its worth it for the features you get!

Supremely Customizable survey tool
What do you like best about the product?
The vast variety of questions and the sheer range of no.of ways to customize that question for how the respondent will respond is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain limitation in terms of creating the survey for mobile. It doesn't alter how the questions are visible on the phone automatically.

Qualtrics Customer Experience is the most complete and easiest to use in the market.

I really like this system because it has a very friendly interface where it allows me to monitor the opinions of my clients of my clients and it gives me the possibility of going into action. I can improve the processes by assigning roles to each member of my team. work and thereby encourages the sense of belonging and improve the organizational climate.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I have no problems with this system, however, at first if it took me a long time to get used to it. Although I must note that I had a lot of technical assistance thanks to the customer service team of this software. Also, sometimes I get delayed in my work because when it is updated it does it slowly without giving an opportunity to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this system, we can execute complete analyzes, in order to measure the impact caused by our products and services, and also allow us to share information with my work team, this system is easy to understand allowing us to improve customer service.
Also, I like the attention provided by the customer service team because with their assistance I have been able to train online and solve problems arising from the system and incidents done in a fortuitous manner.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend this system because it is a very complete and flexible system, which has allowed me to grow and improve processes in which I did not think it could happen. I can say that this system is a bit expensive, but it is worth the investment since you will undoubtedly improve in each of the processes.

Filtering can be confusing for new users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can easily filter your personal surveys, or compare to colleagues, or see entire dealership's reviews somewhat easily. I can organize my surveys and see who of my clients has submitted and who I am still waiting no.
Great for evaluations and responses
What do you like best about the product?
For events and classes we would use this as a survey generated more than anything. We really liked the ease of setting survey's up, sending them out, and tracking who responded or not. The software is user friendly, except on the back end building the surveys out. This is a more advanced tool than a free one that you can find of course. It has more bells and whistles than other survey accounts. You are able to dig into and use for evaluation and research purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We no longer use. Messy system and administration experience. I wish that it was easier to track your results for participants responses. Even when we tried to formulate the surveys, it made it difficult to plot where the questions would be placed even though we put them in order, it didn't always map out how we wanted. Another dislike is that it is expense to upkeep and maintain. The ranking option in my opinion, didn't really matter, it through the questions in random order and the follow up for certain questions (logic) was thrown off. Training can also take a while for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realized the impact was that the system took care of everything for us. It ran analytics and results in an excel when we needed it. We would always use this to gauge where students were at with their courses, new events we were thinking about, and rating upgrades on in house items.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this system, depending on what you are needing of course. It might work better that you use a free software like survey monkey or something.
