Collecting data about current tools to help employees, oncall load, analytics about time spend doing coding or meetings, ...etc
Qualtrics Customer Experience - A powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am a heavy user of Qualtrics. Qualtrics survey experience provides valuable insights as to how the respondent's experience was during the survey-taking process. This feature helps not only understand the customer's perceptions but also provides critical feedback for further improving the survey design for a greater level of satisfaction on the part of the respondent in the future. It also helps in designing future surveys to maximize satisfaction and participation as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes survey participants do not fill this out, so non-response is an issue. Similarly, usually those who had poor experiences report those. Hence there are selection biases. All of these outcomes show that it is not always possible to obtain a comprehensive understanding of how the actual survey experience was, especially for different respondent populations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been helpful to some extent but not as much as I would have liked because of the aforementioned reasons. Although it has help me improve some of my surveys, it is not as helpful in all cases and can therefore be a waste of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful as to how you implement it and to what audience and be prepared for non-responses.

The operating system provides the best service experience so far. It was very helfup and easy to use at every stage!

I found the product a bit pricey for a single or individual user.

I collected feedback for surveys using Qualtrics. This increased the quality of our surveys and helped tackle issues more accurately.

I advise to follow steps carefully and contact the customer support team for any questions as they are very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics is user friendly enough to for some one with a little coding/server creation experience. It also helps that my employer has a dedicated IT person with weekly office hours to help. It is easy to make adjustments and small tweaks behind the scenes without having to take down the current survey as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualtrics does not mesh well with my employer's numerous hoedown systems. I wish it could talk to my contract management system so that we don't have to set up records entirely manually.

We use qualtrics for input/submissions in my office. It is an embedded link on our website that we ask everyone to use to submit requests to our office. It is completely customizable and allows for smart forms so that we can have one link for multiple types of submissions.

DIY abilities of the tool with visual options.

Could be more modular to import contact lists from excel etc.

Qualtrics products are very professional and are so effective for all my research work.

Sometimes there is issue in loading of the pages for my respondents.

I am using this for my research work on organizational behaviour and stress. I got pure research inputs from the respondents.

very detailed architecture to check out the current status and follow up customer's voice

Most of all, it is a little expensive. I would definitely be a barrier to end client. As an agency of building system, the dashboard is demerits of limited options, which needs to be improved for better visual components and flexibility

In the case of a consulting project for IT company, a Korean global IT company, we find out key touchpoints to manage and develop the system to monitor.
