What do you like best about the product?
Very useful in getting real insights into what ticks with customers and how they perceive the brand
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes these surveys can feel very long and time-consuming. It would be useful to have targetted brief surveys which also mean a higher completion rate among customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting actionable feedback through surveys on the go - this means feedback is relevant and timely It also gives us as a brand an opportunity to pinpoint our biggest challenge when it comes to offering services to our customers and increasing our brand proposition and value

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics is relatively easy to use and allows some pretty option customized options (Email templating, design, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that do not exist in Qualtrics that are part of Qualtrics-owned companies, like Delighted, which is frustrating when making the switch of products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing voice of the customer surveying - NPS and CSAT.

Reporting is one of the benefit which helps to get proper insight of data with less effort

Great tool but design capabilities can be better

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the seamless connectivity between surveys and dashboards. The real time refresh of the dashboards is helpful in getting and disbursing the feedback from our customers without any delay. I also like their Text IQ tool that enables users to create automated verbatim analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a new dashboard or adding new fields in the survey, it doesn't automatically identify that. Also, action planning tickets need to be set up separately from scratch, which is a huge setback. For ticketing, we need to add all the fields and questions again in the ticket data for them to show in the ticket reporting page in dashboards. Another feedback is for design capabilities. Currently how we design dashboards is quite limited. Not all fonts are there and very limited sections of the dashboard can be changed in terms of color and shape.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it for surveying thousands of our customers with ease and then analyzing those results in real-time. It has given us the ability to analyze our voice of customers quickly and take swift actions. It also enabled us to create easy visuals that can be shared across the organization without the need for any tools installed as it is web-based. T
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need basic design capabilities but a powerful and easy to setup survey and dashboard tool, Qualtrics is definitely the top choice. But in case your dashboard requirements are highly customized, i recommend you go talk to them about your custom needs in detail before purchasing.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the vizualization of key metrics. It really helps convince stakeholders on which prirorities we should focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found Qualtrics too pricey compared to other alternatives. There is a lack of price transparency. It is difficult to evalutae whether we are getting the right value for the price being paid for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualitics Customer Experience has helped identify customers' needs and determine customers' willingness to pay. The feedback gathered helped re-adjust our offerings and value proposition.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to integrate qualtrics Web API and Bentley University's faculty system
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the answers are collected. At that time, I am not sure if it was possible to display the results on Bentley's website by calling the web API

None computer savvy faculties and staff were able to create survey questions and distributed to college students from one system

Easy to use and efficient Customer Experience survey creation and analysis tool

What do you like best about the product?
It provides Customer Experience (CX) Analysts an excellent tool for creating surveys and analyzing customer feedback. It has different libraries for different types of surveys, which already comes with default questions. You can modify these default questions into whatever you need. Addition or removal of conditions to the questions in the survey is very easy, which results in a great flow and transition. After you finish your survey, it even makes recommendation based on the type of your questions. For example, if you included too many open ended text questions, it recommends you to limit those type of questions into a certain amount. It warns you that having too many open ended text questions usually results in lower completion rates for the survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating different end-of-survey messages and having to save them separately under a library can get tedious sometimes. Importing contact lists for survey respondents can be easier. I wish it had a better way of understanding the amount of open ended text questions. In majority of the cases, the amount of open ended questions that respondents have to answer are actually lower, because majority of these questions are asked under certain conditions. Unfortunately, Qualtrics Customer Experience just shows the total number of all the open ended text questions you have in your survey, causing it to give lower overall grades based on its assessment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Qualtrics Customer Experience, you can create surveys to analyze Customer Satisfaction, Customer Recommendation and easily see pain points. The survey questionnaire tool provides you with default questions for different survey types, which is beneficial as it builds a starting point and foundation. It was really easy for me to transform our survey that we created on a word document into a fully functioning digital survey within mere minutes. Addition of backgrounds, logos and other details to the survey is done with ease. It allows the invitation of respondents from multiple sources, such as email invitation, survey invitation link, invitation via QR Code or even via sending text messages which contain invitation links to the survey. With the help of so many options to reach respondents, it becomes easier to have a higher completion rate.

The simple and clear layout with flexible options to build a survey. User were able to complete their responses in a simple and easy manner.

The coversome workflow to manage users and results. This can be made easier by having a simple administration menu.

Gathering information from their expectations with our online learning environment. This has enabled us to develop on our current process and look and feel.

Look at the setup and review the list of requirements from your institution and make sure these are in line with what Qualtrics is able to deliver.
