User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The programme can be easily written by users. The guide and customer experience was seamless too. Over all , a great product worth to brush up your skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is almost nothing to dislike about Qualtrics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I programmed a consumer centric survey. It really helped in remote locations.

I used Qualtrics for designing the student surveys.
What do you like best about the product?
I used all the features and settings available in Qualtrics. The great feature-loaded design of the questionnaire certainly is one of the reasons why Qualtrics is better than other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me some time to learn all the features and settings. But once you master it, you will be able to take full advantage of all its functions. The software requires some training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I designed student surveys. Qualtrics helped me to manage large amounts of data and survey a large number of respondents.

Great tool to gather Feedback and Survey
What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics is easy to configure for surveys, Feedback, and Polls. We can see results real-time. We can create Reports and Dashboards to see the results, which is easy to review and analyze data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little expensive, but based on what functionalities Qualtics provide looks like it is worth it for the organization, which needs frequent Surveys and Polls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to send Google Forms to send surveys, while Qualtrics is more real-time, easy to store data along with more user friendly to analyze the study and feedback results later.

Nothing so far! There is a lot to learn, but if you take the time and embrace everything Qualtrics offers, it will help your business grow.

With the feedback we have received, we have been able to prioritize and lead different organizational and product changes to help improve our member's daily experiences.
Qualtrics Surveys: Easy, Efficient and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
The surveys are easy for the customer to use, access and complete. They are also very easy to create for assessment purposes. It is far superior to Survey Monkey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our institution may have limited the storage amount but I do not find any limitations. All areas work well and the surveys go out without a hitch. It would be nice to jazz it up a bit for aesthetics!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collect most of our required assessment data with qualtrics and then react accordingly if goals are reached or not. This helps improve my productivity and increases what we need to do meet the requirements of our program.

Qualtrics Customer Experience - A powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am a heavy user of Qualtrics. Qualtrics survey experience provides valuable insights as to how the respondent's experience was during the survey-taking process. This feature helps not only understand the customer's perceptions but also provides critical feedback for further improving the survey design for a greater level of satisfaction on the part of the respondent in the future. It also helps in designing future surveys to maximize satisfaction and participation as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes survey participants do not fill this out, so non-response is an issue. Similarly, usually those who had poor experiences report those. Hence there are selection biases. All of these outcomes show that it is not always possible to obtain a comprehensive understanding of how the actual survey experience was, especially for different respondent populations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been helpful to some extent but not as much as I would have liked because of the aforementioned reasons. Although it has help me improve some of my surveys, it is not as helpful in all cases and can therefore be a waste of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful as to how you implement it and to what audience and be prepared for non-responses.
