What do you like best about the product?
That is a very friendly-user platform. You don´t need to be an expert in stadistics or technology insights to use the software. For example, I am from Research & Development category, and for me is very practical when I want to have insights fast and analyze data from consumers. Predictive tools and correlations are very usefull for R&D.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be greatd if there is a way we can find the correlation between more than one survey. For examples, apply algorithm that could find a direct correlation or progress from a previous answer and evaluate improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualtrics in order to evaluate concepts, identify strengths in our current products and define the innovation grid for the pipeline in my category. I have used the MaxxDiff and Conjoin Analysis, as well as try to find correlations betweeen the feedback and the caracteristics/benefits of products and predict the success of new products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please take a llok to their support section. It is very good and practical to review to answer many of our doubts.

Easy surveys at your fingertips

What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics can easily be by used by those with limited skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a large, difficult survey it can take some time to test and assure that the survey is working the way it was intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize it for data acquisition.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows all sorts of customization and logic. It's nice that they have people to help you if you have questions, but not all of them will actually be helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have a research background to effectively use the platform and have it not be dreadful. If you're still new to quantitative research, you're better off using another platform to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed some more robust quantitative data, and it was easy to do this at scale with Qualtrics.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the UI, easy to learn software if you are a first-timer user. The poll, survey, the reporting analytics were great. This software is simple to use easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaint about this product. Perhaps, the UI could create a have a helpful hint/comment whenever user hovers their mouse onto the item.
Provide users with more information with a helpful BOT; that would be perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was tasked to do a quick poll/survey during our All Hands meetings, and we managed to send in their quick poll with a breeze. We were able to view work productivity for the whole team and how the pandemic had affected our business workflow during the rise of the pandemic period.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Qualtrics for your business and you be amazed how easy it is.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, comparatively better pricing, integrations with 3rd party reward partners, lots of options to create more detailed surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The number of user logins could be more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to automate incentivizing everyone who completes the survey while making sure no one gets rewarded twice.

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to get a knowledgeable person on the phone without too much of a time delay. I was not transferred from person to person and my contact listened and problem solved my issues with me directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little challenging to find a direct phone number at first. Qualtrics wants you to go through their process to locate the correct person to help you. This is probably a much better approach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was conducting research and my survey was not functioning properly, my logic was incorrect and I could not see where the error was happening. My contact walked me through it and showed me how to solve the problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the base camp trainings if you are new to the tool.

Good tool for Survey designing and data analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
The process of creating the questions are easy and efficient. Up to medium complexity surveys can be design easily and quickly. It gives you good look and feel so you can create interacting surveys which gives good respondents experience. We can see the data real time to create report which helps in data analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is very difficult in this tool. Generally, grid type of questions where you need to show multiple columns with different look and feel is required complex jQuery skill here should be some more default custom questions types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You do not need huge technical knowledge to start designing the surveys. You can train someone within a week on this tool. Data analysis is easy with the dashboard. We are programming small surveys efficiently and quickly it is time-saving for us and increases our productivity in survey designing.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the realistic questions available for feedback with a drill down approach. We used qualtrics to rate our experience with SAP and implementation partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualtrics supports broad categories as of now. I would like to see some feedback questionnaire targeted towards smaller teams and the issues they might be facing in day to day activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Qualtrics we are able to solve higher level issues, wherein if developers are facing issues for requirement gathering from customers or freezing the requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The inbuilt stuff like questions and other basic things to deliver a project for small to medium range clients is the best liked feature about CX

More inbuilt workflows should have been added to the custom build which can be used or not used upon requirement
