Qualtrics Customer Experience has never been this easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Data needed are captured with accuracy and even includes even the tiniest detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say that they could improve by adding more options to navigate the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics Customer Experience easest my work as an analyst by collecting the data gathered from the production.

The best experience management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics is really easy to use, you can find a lot of content online regarding to the platform configuration, also, if you are trying to design a customer experience program you can get all the support from the qualtrics team and its partners.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don´t dislike, but I think that the platform has so much boundaries and functionallities that enabling the users, the roles and permissions could be a little bit complex in terms of understanding each kind of permission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the customer feedback in one place, desingning surveys, having the contacts, segments, messages, alerts, dashboards, analytics tools, everything!!! You can have a really good governance about your data and connect with other platforms like CRMs
Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
The way questions can be fed in to get the required feedback makes the platform best to get what the organization are looking to get insights out of inputs
What do you dislike about the product?
Drag and drop question is difficult to display in dashboard as shown in inbuilt reports of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers are able to identify the issues by collecting the feedback on their platforms which is giving the actions of needed to take which also allows to provide better ideas to provide better implementation
Robust surveying and researching tool, but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics has a plethora of surveying tools that are easy to use and implement, such as conjoint and pricing studies. They also have very easy-to-use dashboarding capabilities. It's easy to set up and customize dashboards how you like them,
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualtrics is expensive and sometimes they try to sell you on more add-ons and features. We prefer getting raw data and doing the analysis and reporting ourselves rather than purchasing their professional services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics provides robust conjoint and pricing study capabilities that I have not seen many other tools provide.

Powerful but Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
Qualtrics is super powerful with a lot of customizations available, you can set it up in any way that works for your organization. The qualtrics support pages are also very helpful and cover a lot of topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive, and learning the platform is quite overwhelming. There is a lot of information to take in. Customer support is also not the best. They try and be helpful, but sometimes they dont understand your questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is in the process of setting up repeatable processes so qualtrics is very good at allowing you to create templates of projects and then administer them to other groups in the future with minimal updates.
Qualtrics is an innovative platform with very supportive courses and network.

Qualtrics Customer Experience program helps govern the survey system and generate real-time dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the platform's support for CSS, HTML and JavaScript is limited. Our team has to work around the survey's display requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics Customer Experience helps us gather X-data through survey programs. Besides, we use the ticket system to close the loops.
Qualtrics is such a powerful platform for many use-cases/projects/ideas.
What do you like best about the product?
The number of options to do the same idea is so useful at times. I always tell people that there are many ways to accomplish the same idea, so to never fret and just give me the ideas they want and there will probably be at least one way to accomplish their goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the admin functions could use tweaking/updating. There are times when I'd like to proxy in as a user and see surveys without having to open one of their surveys and change the SV number in the URL to find the exact survey. It would be nice to search for a survey within the admin platform using the URL as well as the current options of the name on the 'survey ownership transfer' screen. There are a few other minor edits that would be neat to have, but can be worked around. Speaking of being able to login/proxy as a user, it would be nice to be able to logout after logging in as them instead of having to logout of their account and then back into the main admin account as it stands now. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many! Group sharing via libraries, request forms for inner departmental requests, etc. We use Qualtrics surveys for our request forms and it also helps us keep track of the usage and stats, etc.
The best XM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Omni-channel CX measurement. Best email platform. Interligent data analytic tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not support to have great survey design. Many limits on working with contact's transaction data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexible and smart to classify customers' layers to have suitable CX measures. Help us to view different angles of customers' feedback
Qualtrics is a really great software to use with A+ customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the features that allow me to customize my survey with skip logic and embedded text. I also love their customer service. There is almost no wait time and the people on the phone are either to able help me through my problem or they log into my account and fix it for me. 5 Stars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was working on a project where I had to connect multiple customers, like a mother and then a child and an optional father. In the end, I was able to get it to work and keep track of the families correctly but it was a big hassle to make sure that the data were all aligned right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a really great program for getting a pulse on customer feedback. I also like that there are some basic visualizations within the program that help to identify themes and trends but the data are also easy to export and run more complications analses in R or Python.
