User friendly and great data aggregation
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to set up surveys in Qualtrics, and it's also extremely easy to take surveys. We used this platform for 360 reviews and the data aggregation was so helpful for discussing the feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly can't think of anything I dislike about using Qualtrics. That said, I don't know what the pricing structure is so possibly cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been an incredible platform for our company wide biannual review system. It's easy to set up and simple to take, and the way the data is displayed after the survey concludes has been very helpful for reviewing that feedback and finding methods for implementation.

The basic overview guides make it easy to start collecting data.

It took me a few tries to thoroughly understand my department's needs. Qualtrics has many capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics has helped my department gather information from students, colleagues and prospective hires. I have benefitted from collaborating on surveys with other colleagues.
Can't live without it!
What do you like best about the product?
What is not to like? It captures all of the feedback from my summer programs so I can assess, review and evaluate for future summer redesign. We are always looking to improve!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to get familiar with using the platform for the first time. I think having some tutorials with helpful tips for beginners would be a great way for new users to optimize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had a great Qualtrics Customer Experience because when I am unsure as to how to approach an assessment I can quickly ask a question and know that I will get a response soon.

Qualtrics is a clean, sophisticated tool for creating surveys and collecting data. The best things about Qualtrics are its multi-faceted sharing ability and simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualtrics may not be the most user-friendly tool for the average employee or novice researcher. With the new updates and interfaces, it may be hard to navigate for entry-level folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics is allowing me to collect data and information across platforms and different populations. I use it to collect information from students about their experiences and then use data collected for reporting purposes.

Great surveying tool. Used heavily in social work, public health and psychology streams.

Sometime time backend interface can be glitchy and tricky to work around.

User interface is awesome in managing the survey. Even a layman person can easily access and work on it

User interface and survey flow are different, which is bit of confusion in implementing the logic

Dashboard analysis is good and which helpful in reporting and drawing insight from the data.
Great customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is pretty good and extremely easy to use. Data collection, typing tool, conjoint everything was possible to do. The graphics are also very nice. The tool has variety of features that are not found in other tools. Even the non programmers can use the tool with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom logics are a bit difficult to implement especially for those who don't know JavaScript. The data analysis tab is a little slower and we need to refresh it again and again. The support is not available all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting features are very much beneficial. The knowledge base is pretty much beneficial as it covers all the points. Its actually fun using the tool beacuse of its flexibility and ease. The flexibility of survey flow is also very beneficial.

From a strategy perspective, a good CX platform should help you achieve three important things;
1) Reduce customer churn
2) Reduce the cost to serve a customer
3) Increase the customer LTV
Qualtrics helps with all these three things. It is pretty easy to create surveys and very easy to set up complex logics.

What do you dislike about the product?
The data and analytics of the platform need some improvement. It requires a lot of post-processing, and it takes a bit of time to load too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business, we want to ensure we deliver our clients the best experience possible. This is only possible if we know what the bottlenecks are in our onboarding and complaint resolution processes. Qualtrics helps us figure out these problems and deliver a high NPS.
