Very helpful features to capture the customer feedback.
What do you like best about the product?
Mainly two things: Easy to set up and integrate with other platforms and the ability to send friendly reminders to customers. It's well ahead of their competitors as it allows to scale quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting suite is not friendly enough and is not that useful. I need to download the data and do an analysis on spreadsheets. It would help to be able to see reports of surveys sent, periodical response rates per project or being able to categorise feedback themes based on words and text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to improve the response rate on customer satisfaction index surveys. Our business is about selling high-quality support, and capturing feedback on how we are doing and how we can improve is key.

Very intuitive interface, easy to implement as well!

The interface is awesome and very easy to navigate around. Creating surveys and setting up questions is surprisingly easy

No deal breakers, but customization can be a little tricky at times

DYI functionality of the platform is good. Most things are easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical support is limited. The support team has very limited knowledge and many times give wrong information. Sometimes it feels you are getting templated messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics is being used as the customer experience tool at my organisation. It helps us gather feedback from our customer from different channels and track performance and NPS scores. Dashboards give visibility.

Qualtrics Customer Experience send automated recommendation actions that help improve customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard on mobile dashboard doesn't produce all features and has a poor UI.

Enables me to uncover critical drivers of customer loyalty with Qualtrics iQ which improve customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Tool provides customization for the surveys lot of different features. The customer srevice is also amazing they will help you in creating the best program. The Platform is very easy to use and provides good support for non programmers as well. I have used the qualtrics and able to build great surveys. It also has the analytics tool which somehow helps in building a visison & enhancement to solutions of organization.

Not able to to find any dislike, the platform works really good.The User interface is very easy to use but furthur improvements and enhancements are always better

We used this software in collecting the data that helps in providing analytics and new ideas. Dashboards with customizable features helps a lot.

It is a software that provides to do surveys, feedback, using a variety of distribution and result also can be downloaded. It is a secure and can be access any devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires more programming to achieve certain task such as providing a scoring report for a multi section assessment

There are basic functionality which need to improve, there is need to add more data and results analysis, it also take's time to load the data.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is very helpful and responsive when needed. The part about this software is there are a lot of customization involved while using the surveys option. The interface is quite easily understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike but if needed to answer then I would say for a new user, there should be some tutorial videos to familiarise that includes helpful tips which would ease the process.

This software is helping us solve the main problem that is customer retention and loyalty. There are multiple surveys to fill which is helpful in increasing our brand awareness.
