Decent Tool to Store Files
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox offers a service with a limited free storage space of approximately 2GB for documents, files, and photos. However, some users might find this allocation insufficient for their needs. The Android app's automatic access to all photo and file folders could raise security concerns. Consequently, I made the decision to deactivate my Dropbox profile based on these considerations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing of Dropbox is very high and sometime some files automatically deleted when we want to retrieve all those file with the help of customer care they are not very supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are encountering an issue while trying to save client data, which includes files and confidential documents. Now, a significant portion of our company's files are being stored on Dropbox.
Practical and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Its easily accessible on different platforms for work or personal use. I can save personal documents and access from my phone which can be handy
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, probably would be nice if we can add security to certain folders which require extra protection from any hackers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large volume and easy to share big files as I work with large file format. Quick upload as well so no need to wait too long (also subject to internet speed)
Best Online storage service
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and the easiness of the dropbox. dropbox is one of the best online cloud storage service I am using the dropbox since a very long time. personally I feel dropbox is some what better than Google drive
What do you dislike about the product?
No as such dislikes but I would appricate if dropbox provide more free storage limit. also somtime I face an issuer where shared links were not working but I faced it rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of Data Storing, Share and Collaboration with others. Also we dont need to worry about physical Hard drives to store our data becaue drop box is highly scalable and highly available that ensures the data durability and availability.
Usage
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use as we can easily share files and access content from computer, mobile or web browser. The cloud storage is good as it makes us free from file size limits

There is nothing which I don't like about Dropbox . All good with Dropbox

Dropbox is mainly solving my problem related to the storage and size of the file as it's not limited to any particular number. It helps me a lot to share data from long distance
The Only Cloud Storage Option | S-Tier
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has reliably stored our data for nearly two decades — and in recent years, it's been an incredible option for my business. I work with clients that upload their files, I constantly share my own folders, and I use it to store things I'll need for years to come. I like the peace of mind it provides and the searchability of all my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it works well with the Apple ecosystem overall, I wish on iPhones it was easier to natively search (e.g. when pulling down the search bar to search for anything on an iPhone).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the big question of client collaboration with the website design projects our business enables. I can reliably connecit with clients and receive content for their websites with ease. It's also seamless to update in real time — every second counts.

Frequent sync errors have led to data inconsistencies, causing delays and client frustration. Security measures, though touted, seem inadequate for handling sensitive financial information. Limited customization options hinder its integration into our existing workflow, and customer support responses have been slow and unhelpful.

It enhances collaboration through real-time editing and commenting, fostering quicker decision-making. With cross-device access, it ensures seamless productivity, even in remote or on-the-go scenarios. Simple to use and great for working remote
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps our documents secure and we are able to access them anywhere in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I absolutely love it. We have not had any issues with outages or anything since we have been using it. It also integrates well with our other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of our customers files in one place that can be access anywhere. Some of our employees work from home and this makes that possible.
The Simplest File Cloud Storage Service
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Dropbox is the fact that it gives you a 2GB of cloud storage before upgrading, which is enough for storing simple files such as CV. It is really easy to upload files and they quickly sync so that you can easily them where you go.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have full control over the underlying hardware on which your files are stored. As a result of this limited control, you are not sure of what your stored data is used for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves many problems for me because I don't have to buy many hard drives to back up my files. I can also install Dropbox on my machine so that my files, stored on my local machine, are synchronized with the files stored on my Dropbox account in the cloud.
Excellent way to share safely
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, a very intuitive platform, not to mention that you can share confidential files with great security and agility without worrying about data loss, and the best part is that it supports various types of files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to update and automatically load new files from my devices, and the basic plan doesn't offer you such good storage that can be used for many years, or if you have a very large volume of files, if that's your case, you will have to opt for the paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is offering more than one paid plan option and for new users, it gives the option to test any of the paid options for free for 30 days. This is good because I was able to verify if the plan really met all my needs before choosing the paid or free option.
Basic Storage Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a basic storage tool. It does what it's supposed to, stores all of my docs, pdfs, jpegs, etc. Uploads and downloads are quick. It's easy to use and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know when Dropbox was last updated aesthetically. It's always looked the same and lacks features; eventually, it may fall behind its competitors for this reason. Also, the search capability could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to upload and download materials quickly. It's great for sharing materials with others and across devices. I use it to find materials from years ago that I don't necessarily need to be downloaded on my PC.
