Pretty easy to sue and instal. Prettyy easy to share and set up controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real connection to other apps. Bad at reminding to share when required compared to other apps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dropbox - an easy way to organize and share files
What do you like best about the product?
The navigation interface is much better and easier to use than it's competitors. Quick link sharing and uploads make workflow that much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downfall of dropbox is the price - compared to Google Drive which gives you a good amount of free space - Dropbox quickly forces you into a paid plan. The pros much outweigh the cons here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File management between our team and clients. We use it for both internal organization and client facing. Rather than emailing files and having them get lost in hundreds of email strings - we can just send a share link to our client where they can upload or download what is needed.
Great file hosting option
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ability to easily integrate into our PowerBI reports, simplicity in user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enterprise manangement leaves a little to be desired. User managementis a paid service, which is frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed something that integrated into PowerBI that could host our photos.
Dropbox: One of the best cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
I like most of the features of Dropbox but the best features are Sync Folder,App Centre, Smart Sync. It easy to access, edit & implement straight from cloud storage. I use dropbox frequently as it can be accessed from both laptop and mobile devices anytime and from anywhere. Customer support are also responsive. Implementation is also easy from dropbox with the help of Microsoft and Google Workspaces support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is one of the big cloud storage. Previously Dropbox had a data breach in 2018, so privacy was a concern that I dislike about it. But they don't any collected data to the advertisers like Google & Microsoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is helping me to access files from anywhere and it is easy to edit on the go with the help of integration with Microsoft Office Workspaces. After using Dropbox for 3 months, I am much benefitted from it. The new features also saving my limited physical stroage. Though I can access all the files anytime on the go.
Best Online Storage for Documents
What do you like best about the product?
As a business professional, Dropbox has been indispensable to my workflow. Its robust file synchronization ensures my team and I can access critical documents on the go, streamlining collaboration. Sharing files and folders with colleagues is effortless, making teamwork efficient and productive. The enhanced security features provide peace of mind, knowing our sensitive data is well-protected. Dropbox Business has become an integral part of our daily operations, boosting productivity and facilitating seamless communication within our organization
What do you dislike about the product?
While Dropbox has its merits, there are two aspects that I find less than ideal for business use. Firstly, the pricing for larger teams can be quite steep, and it can add up quickly as you scale your organization. Secondly, while the collaborative features are helpful, I've encountered occasional syncing issues that have caused some hiccups in our workflow. Despite these drawbacks, Dropbox remains a valuable tool for file storage and sharing in our business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Dropbox for a while now, and the biggest problem it solves for me is the sharing of files currently working on with my colleagues. Using it, we all work on the same work together and can edit and transform each other's work easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to keep increasing your storage. P
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending alot of photos at once. Since I can do this clients can see their photos at ease and with no problem.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's separate from the Google/Apple ecosystems which have upped their cloud game since Dropbox first came out so my data feels split.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stores a lot of my important files that I don't want to lose.
Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
This is, by far, one of the easiest to use of the "cloud storage" options I have found. The seamless transition from uploading from my phone to uploading from my laptop is awesome. I can access the files from anywhere, the uploading takes almost no time at all, and the general layout of the site (both on desktop and on mobile) is super easy to use and pretty intuitive. It is painless to share links with others, so if you have a file that is too big for email, Dropbox fixes that in an instant. The "free" version even comes with 2 GB of space included.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that isn't helpful is the upgrade options for the amount of space they offer. While they give you 2GB free, the only upgrade options are what I deem excessively high for both the amount of space they offer (the next tier up is 2000GB for $119.88, and the space offered goes up from there). Having a teir somewhere between the 2GB and 2000GB would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox enables me to share larger files that I am unable to email with the people that I work with.
Scanning & Organizing on another level
What do you like best about the product?
It's so intuitive at recognizing paperwork that you don't even have to press the capture button. Just holding your phone over for mere seconds and it captures on its own. This has made scanning documents a real time saver for me. Also, organizing multiple folders and sharing with other team members is very simple and user friendly. Lastly, my company has integrated this with our website to allow end users to upload to a shared folder which then the content is automatically is uploaded to our servers /website for storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the biggest hassle is sometimes when scanning a document it will capture the background or come out blurry. Laying it on a flat surface is the ideal setup and solves this. But I frequently catch myself needing to scan on the go or in my car.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff use to send us blurry, crooked, and wrong format of scanned documents (jpg instead of pdf). Dropbox has resolved this issue by allowing the user to choose the format as well as letting them review before upload to ensure everything is straight and clear.
