Intuitive and clean
What do you like best about the product?
Started with Dropbox and others - ended up using Dropbox for good due to the simplicity and intuitiveness of its functions. Being able to simply just upload/download and make folders - especially the drag/drop makes it heavily used by my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far - if Dropbox does some updates (like Adobe did recently with Acrobat) which make it hard to use and confusing - then I will be an unhappy person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is allowing my business to transfer/receive large files without postage, using disks, or worrying about cumbersome email attachments. To be able to have shared folders is great.

Does Exactly What it Needs to Do!
What do you like best about the product?
It works perfectly as an archive to store all of my old photos. It's easy to use to share files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. It works just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me share files easily and without hassle.
The system works as a cloud storage very well.
What do you like best about the product?
I can create a local folder that syncs automatically with the cloud. Setting which files/holders need to be synced is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not need features in addition to the cloud storage and I do not want to pay the extra fee for the unnecessary service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not solve problems, but Dropbox is used for efficient utilizations of many computers for my own work.
A great tool to use across multiple computers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the storage capacity and automatic uploading and syncing across all devices. Makes everything hassle free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have a better preview interface if that is possible. Similar to Adobe Bridge or something that is manageable with previews with multiple formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to access GB worth of files accross multiple computers. Offline access is great too.
Awesome Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Secured storage for files I share.
Free space is a blessing for limited income

Awesome service!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find anything wrong with Dropbox it's an awesome service that's the way I can complain about them and allow me to store my most precious files and photos and videos of my family and if it went for them I would have lost those files already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my opinion they have nothing to solve their services perfect
A useful tool to backup or share files.
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic photo backup. Being able to easily share files with someone else.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is working in organizations that block file sharing sites like dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is allowing for easy collaboration of files. It isn't always the right solution, but it is another tool in the box.
The best file sharing option, with no serious competitor
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working in the transcript space since 2010 and can always count on Dropbox to be available on all my devices and easy to use. Unlike a lot of its competitors that offer many products, Dropbox is focused on delivering the best file-sharing experience, and it shows. I started using Dropbox when I lived in a rural community with very slow and unreliable internet access. Dropbox was the only file sharing option that could start downloading a file, stop during an internet drop, and then pick up right where it left off, while competitors would make me retry the file multiple times. Dropbox has always had a right-sized plan for my business and keeps rolling out new useful features, like not syncing all my files to my computer. I love how the client exists in my Mac Finder and syncs files in shared folders behind the scenes. I see almost no complaints about Dropbox in my community, but lots about a competitor who has a free product. I always say, you get what you do (or don't) pay for. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing right now! I used to find that there was some friction when creating links to a file for someone I don't share a folder with, but those have all been ironed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with large audio files. My clients can upload to our shared folder and then the files download at my end without my having to do anything. It's as if a customer walked into my office and physically placed the job on my computer.
The other thing is I'm a tiny business and do not have an IT team. I prefer to pay for robust products that work than to use "free" products that have a lot of bugs. I know I can always count on Dropbox to be there for me.

Most Important Tool in My Workday
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and move the drag and drop function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new template makes it not as easy to view the titles of documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows staff to saved documents easily for other staff to view and keep a complete record of our files.
Reliable product that adds flexibility and backup.
What do you like best about the product?
All my active files are backed up, so if my computer crashes, I just have to find a working computer to get started again. I also like how easy it is to use, and share files with my clients. Dropbox lets me keep my own file hierarchy and works as if its inside my OS. I use Dropbox for all my work files, throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of my clients, especially the older ones, have trouble with using Dropbox. I don't know if it's because they don't want to upgrade to a paid version, if they don't know how to manage their files within Dropbox, or what. But I've had so much trouble with clients using the service. One client I have a shared Dropbox folder with, and hers constantly falls out of sync and no longer updates. I do not know why or what is happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It adds a level of agility to my backup files - if my computer crashes, I only need to find another computer (with design software installed) to get back up and running. I like that I can share and maintain folders with my clients, but also that I can restrict access to things.
Great way to save your memoires and Documentation in a safe place.
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of space that is available to be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Subscription amount paid monthly it should be cheaper especially for military members there should be a discount of half cut in the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not Applicable.
