Great for storage
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to backup files and also to share files. Dropbox is easy to use and I often use the site to share files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough space for some who can't afford more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps with ways to backup files and is easy to access

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy user interface. Easy to integrate and delete files existing files.

Could give some more free storage in the free tier

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to organize all of my files and save me ton of storage on my desktop.

Sometimes there are login issues that prevent easy sharing

We have tons of videos that we edit and share with clients and one another, Dropbox is our primary method of collaboration and sharing files.

Easy to share files with anyone. Great access from all my devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I need to upload video files using an iPad. The problem is that the Dropbox app stops uploading when I lock my screen. If I place files in a Dropbox folder (like on a computer), the upload fails if my internet connection is unstable (for example, while driving), often resulting in multiple duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send a lot of files to my editor or to my client. Content collaboration is great, they can write comments so my workflow is much faster

Good interface, easy to use, good app and desktop functionality

Cost should be lower given this is a commodity

It's used at times as a virtual dataroom

I always go out of storage on my devices and loose all the precious pictures but ever since I started uploading them on to Dropbox, I have been able to keep all the precious pictures from the past and really happy!

Fee every year isn't cheap but you have to keep paying

Loosing old pictures when the phone goes out of storage or new phone

Always gets job done and keep you updated, no matter how large the file is and how many files you have

Price is a bit high; the webpage could use more thought, e.g. I always have to click multiple times to get the size of a folder
