User-Friendly with Pricing Concerns

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for about eight years, and I find it to be the best tool for storing files online. Its interface is definitely cleaner and easier to use compared to competitors like Google Drive. I appreciate the nice UI that makes it a better experience overall. Setting it up was really easy, with no difficulties at all, which I find outstanding. Dropbox excels not only in storing my files but also in sharing them with other people effortlessly. For instance, sharing designs with clients is a breeze; it's so easy to just send a Dropbox link and know they can access everything they need. Moreover, the functionality of sharing links and previewing files is very convenient, especially on my phone, enabling me to work seamlessly wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish Dropbox was cheaper. It seems like too much money to upgrade to a better account. I'd like to be able to store loads more data, but I'm not really willing to pay that much money every year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Dropbox makes it easy to store and share my files, especially my designs with clients, through simple link sharing and a user-friendly interface.
