Dropbox is an excellent cloud storage application
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to keep all my files in one location while granting me the ability to access them from any device or operating system while making sure any change I make to a file will take effect across all of them.
It's also great for working on group project, sharing folders with team members allows me to keep track of what others are doing as well as get access to the latest changes made to a project.
The user interface is visually appealing and quite easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan only offers 2G of space and he price for the remaining plans is a little too steep, a more affordable option would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to keep my files in sync across all my devices so I can do my work from anywhere without having to carry them with me. It also gives me peace of mind knowing that in case of hardware problems my files are safe and can be recovered any time.
It's an excellent solution for sharing files with co-workers and other partners without having to worry about security.

I definitely recommend dropbox to people who want a secure cloud operating system. It's excellent for working with other people on projects while keeping everyone's files up to date.
And even if you're not a computer expert it's easy enough to use for your personal files and keeping your files safe.

Dropbox easy to use and best cloud space
What do you like best about the product?
What I really enjoy about using dropbox application has been that it allows me the best possible way to save data in cloud storage with safe way. Because I like that I can gain access from any computer , smartphone or laptop. Even in simplest and best way. because it sync with multiple platforms. dropbox suits If we want to use either a personal and professional use. Dropbox provides everything a customer may anticipate from a cloud service provider including secures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox skipped when the transfer rate is too high or when the file size it is big and It will cause loss of data if it's not stored automatically. dropbox needs uninterrupted internet connectivity and without it the it could be not stored on the cloud with sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share work in and out of the field between my departments with dropbox. Often encourages control approach among teams and internal organizational efficiency.

Dropbox is a basic, dependable, easy to use and synchronises files. It is also great for file storage services and has upgraded collaboration features.

It's more costly and less coordinated than other platforms like Google Drive, iCloud, and OneDrive. However, there is a free version of Dropbox if you cannot afford the upgraded version. Though this version has less collaborative features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps you to store files quite easily whereby you just drag and drop them in you created folders. This makes it easy to manage files ensuring that you stay organised and efficient in terms of retrieving you documents. It also helps in making sure that storage space for files is available. However, for the free version the storage space is just 2GB but the paid account gives you 2TB of storage space. Dropbox offers a some ways to share files with others and collaborate. The benefits of using drop box are obviously, storage space, sharing files thereby enhancing collaboration if you are working in a team environment and convenience as it is accessible on multiple devises.

If you are looking for an application that can help you to cloud store and share files Dropbox is the answer for you. It is easy to use and convenient. It is still very popular and has stayed as a simple and clear product that still appeals to millions of users. Closer competitors have still failed to bully Dropbox out of the competition because it has continued to introduce new features.
Collaboration in most efficient way
What do you like best about the product?
Along with its desktop version, I am enjoying its mobile version as well, it’s simply smooth and consistent in its operation. Further I like the integrations it provides with other tools like, Microsoft trello, etc; these integrations help me to correlate my data easily. The best thing is that it keeps me update about my workings by proving me constant notifications about the previous untouched data and the current projects I am working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love the way Dropbox is providing efficient performance. Its customer support is more responsive than other supports. I have experienced them and got positive and professional response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is associated with Google calendar and let me know about the important events. This tool is very secure to use, in case of unwanted access, it alerts me in the real time so that I can take necessary actions. DropBox has helped me to sum up my data at one point and it’s a great organizing platform.

Highly recommended platform which provide all in one services. It is equipped with all data saving and collaboration features and functionalities. This software is available in very reasonable price and will help you in better collaboration and better data searching for the projects.
DropBox is the best tool for large file sharing, especially in marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create a folder and upload entire projects with the click of a finger. Sharing is as simple as creating a link and sending to your clients. No worrying about attachment limits in emails anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iPhone app isn't always the most intuitive; depending on where you open the file (the home page vs the actual folder it's contained in) you can't export the file. This may be a user error, but I've been using the app for 3 years and have yet to find a way around this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily send full billboard ad files to the printers and ad reps through email links. I can also share folders of full-size images to anyone with ease. I also use it to transfer large image files for social media from my computer to my phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Like the user friendly features such as offering a free trial, the pricing is reasonable and accounts for reduced pricing for team usage. Also like the fact that you don't need to sign up to view documents shared by others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does have relatively constrained features, not much flexibility to do a lot of operations on the documents. We primarily use it to store and share docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use it to store and share docs. Some times different teams within the same organization use varying offerings for this purpose which need differing levels of permissions, pricing, sign-ups etc. Dropbox is a convenient way to share docs quickly across all the levels regardless of what permissions they have and what solutions they have signed up for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it for heterogenous teams but be prepared for the restricted capabilities and supplement them with other solutions if possible

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a content collaboration tool, it is my every day requirement to get started with my work, as I can easily search the right piece of information for my new tasks. This tool is very user-friendly and no complex technicalities are involved with it. Its dashboard is quite appealing and the tool is easy to customize as well. Till now I have stored much data on this platform and never faced any issue about files upload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support is not that much supportive and you have to wait long in case of any issue. Further continuous pop up of the previous pictures gives it a bulky appearance and also sometimes you delete the picture intentionally still it shows it on the screen that looks quite messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel more connected with my team by working with Dropbox, because I can give them access to my Dropbox, so we can carry out our work with much ease. This tool is very much precise in its working, in the case if I ever delete some file, it provides me the backup, and thus I am not at all worried about any data security.

This tool is highly suggested to everyone not only for business purpose but try can also store the family pictures and the relatable data. For the business it is a universal platform that would benefit everyone.

One person's likes are another person's dislikes - so what may be taken as elegant simplicity at one point in time can be a naive reduced set of capacities at a later point in time (as features have been added since the time Dropbox was first made available).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing documents made available by third-parties as well as making documents available (e.g. those too large to be accepted as electronic mail attachments) are problems that Dropbox can help solve.
