Impeccable Storage Facility
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox provides one of the safest means of file storage available. The files you store on your account and only accessible to you and you can choose specific people you wish to share this access to. This can be done by adding their email address to the invite list or through manually sharing of the file's URL. Files once stored stay there forever until you delete them so you need not worry about losing important files without your consent. You can upload, access, edit, and download files through your mobile device as well. This makes Dropbox an all rounded storage platform as it can be accessed from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike any of the features of Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has been useful for me for file transfer and cloud storage. I often have to transfer files that I receive on my phone via WhatsApp to my computer for work and Dropbox makes it easier for me to upload and then download them to my computer, which is faster than having to use bluetooth or a USB cable. The benefit of Dropbox is that it doesn't require any set up as you can sign in with your google account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox is free to use and you're allotted up to 2GB of space which is plentiful.

What do you like best about the product?
DropBox is been used by me from past several years. I can not imagine my phone and laptop to be without it. It gives imense space to fit in my needs. It's so very easy to use and provides a great user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have stopped the sharing of data from those who do not use dropBox. Sometimes it shows lesser photographs as compared to the actual loading. May be server problem from my end, but I noticed it many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can better connect with my clients through dropBox. Sharing and storing files, data and photographs are so very easy and secured now. I can easily sort and find out what requires me, through dropBox cloud.

I extensively use dropbox paper and transfer widely.It helps me to transfer large files to my colleagues and paper helps me work on a single project with my team collaboratively.

Dropbox is very costly as compared to other cloud solutions. It has a good service and smooth UI, but considering the cost it makes me think twice

Mostly cloud sharing and storage solutions. I use to prepare one single PPT with my teammates and everybody is able to contribute on their own free time.

What do you like best about the product?
Most Helpful: Easiness and Instant accessibility of your files on the go. Yes, it is so easy to use dropbox, it also integrates as a normal store drive into your computer or mobile seamlessly and the speed is so quick. Dropbox has developed their applications for almost all platforms i've used so it makes it users very easy to access files everywhere. This shows the real power of cloud storage!
Upsides: Their pricing is so nominal and fair, their service is great and up to the mark. No downtime and no privacy breach has need detected so far and user experience is so beautiful that you would love to take care of your files using Dropbox.

What do you dislike about the product?
Least Helpful: They are not integrated by default on operating systems, one has to download and install this as a third party software which takes only 5 second so this is not actually a concern.
Downsides are close to none. Price is fair and would be awesome if company provides more discount.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is helping me to keep my office files, my documents and data, my personal data like family photos and trip videos safely into a online drive which is known as cloud storage so that I am being able to access any file anywhere at any time that I want. What else we can expect! This is beyond awesome.

I recommend using Dropbox desktop app for synchronising your important data, also backing up your files which is literally so easy through the application.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Dropbox software for more than two years. Dropbox is cloud-based file storage, sharing, and collaboration software with many amazing features. The free edition provides 2 GB of file storage space while the company of Dropbox has its fantastic plans as of today, such as professionals plan (individual package with 3 TB storage space), regular plan (5 TB storage space), Advance plan, and Enterprise for teams with a price range of $16.58, $12.50, $20,$20 and on-demand option respectively. It has a great feature for those who have an account and non-dropbox account holders, such as file sharing through teams with unique shareable links. The speed is surprisingly rapid. The process/installation of the signup is very simple. The dashboard is rich with options for accessing all files, exchanging files, making requests for files, and deleting or auto-recovering files. It has great team collaboration tools on the right pane, such as Transfer(helps securely deliver big files), paper(a doc drafter for idea sharing), HelloSign(for file safe e-signature), Showcase(A visual presentation tool), and an app center that helps you to collaborate and attach other apps for efficient storage and file sharing. It also has a search box for easy file location and discovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the dropbox business company to work on their privacy and security in terms of file sharing especially in the area of downloads using the shareable link. the file should not be download by changing some syntax on the link URL for security reasons. Secondly, The quick support feature should be updated and implement at the software front end whether free or paid. Finally, the search bar should be updated with reference to file storage structure for easy identification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, am using dropbox software to store documents in the cloud due to the problem of poor, and low storage memory on my system. I also use it for easy file sharing within my team through its shareable link. I use dropbox to backup my documents in the case of a system or pc clash.

The use of dropbox is saved or official data in dropbox. We can drop our file from desktop to dropbox. We can share files with anyone and Multiple users can access dropbox account anywhere. Finding files through the search option is very good. The tools of dropbox are very good anyone can use it easily. Our store data quickly update in real time. We can able to lock our important folders through editing. We can share our store data with our team members by the link.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me a huge online storage of 3 TB(tera bytes). Which makes my work very easy.
I have to share sometimes big files to client. So without having any worry I shares the file with them.

Sometimes the administrator cannot see who are syncing files and also does not have control of access.

It has many other benefits which makes it more useful that are.. we can see last 180 days of file history which is very helpful for me.

Creating and sharing documents on a group is easy. Anyone can access and modify the document regardless of where they are.

Utterly useless
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an easy cloud storage platform. It is reliable for uploading & backing up files, photos, and videos but the file function rarely works when I want them actually.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst customer service. Once I finally accessed email support, which is sadly hard to access, I asked for a refund on a product and told them a reason. But they said they cannot locate a paid account despite bank statements, Paypal ids, and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My only quibble with all cloud storage is; if a pc or laptop goes down and only a re-install is the way, and whatever case, files on cloud storage is required to get the system running and you have just that one system and you need files to get things back, there is going to be no network.
