Teamwork makes a good project
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like the most is the ability to share files with my teamworker, I also like the large storage capacity it has, it is enough to handle everything our company. In addition, I like that its interface is simple, therefore it is easy to use. Creating backup copies of company projects makes us feel safe when working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a good experience with Dropbox Business, but to be honest there are a few things I don't like:
1. I don't like everyone on my team can see all the files I share; I wish there was a blocking option for certain members. Some members of my team share files that should not be shared.
2. Very few members per license, my work team is very large.
3. Large files take a long time to load.
4. The mobile version is very bad.
5. Opening my account on another computer takes a very long process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Dropbox the company and my work team have had many benefits from the moment we started using it, the most important and relevant are:
1. We have strengthened our teamwork thanks to the fact that we can share our projects and everyone contributes ideas to it, that is, there is better collaboration in our teamwork.
2. Better organization, Dropbox helps us structure our projects and ideas in the best way.
3. Synchronization is automatic; therefore, we save time.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Of course I recommend Dropbox but before you start using it in your business you should know that this is a shared system and you have certain people on your team, all team members can see all the files because there is no option to block some members. It's a very good tool for teamwork, you can work on multiple projects (with graphics, images, videos and more), there is the option to download and share files, therefore it saves you time.
It's simply a very complete tool that fully meets the needs of my work team and the company.

Dropbox as a Connection
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the ability to share your content via just a simple link. Some places require some shared data for interaction to obtain the content and I’m just over that right now No extra accounts are needed for even a large number of people to access what you desire.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of free usable storage (less than 4GB) is arguably too low; what I mean is that to truly get the most impact for the service as opposed to say Mega, you have to go all in and commit to $100 plus whether annually or eat the monthly costs as a recurring bill
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox as a repository for data mining video game art files and then organizing that data to be accessible to my community where they are then processed for reviews, memes, augmentation and investigation. The second function is a place to then store my own art creations used in video thumbnails that my community can then access, all of which freeing up space on my computer to keep it running as fast and smooth as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is intuitive and easy to use. You can upload files from browser, desktop application, or through mobile. This makes Dropbox and all-round storage tool as you can not only upload files from anywhere, but access them too. Files can be shared by making them public or accessible only through a URL. The privacy and security of the platform is excellent and there's no worry about your files getting leaked or being lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited storage and it doesn't allow modification of the contents in the file through online editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox promotes collaboration through online file sharing. You can also collaborate with your colleagues to work on documents, files, presentations, etc using Dropbox Paper. Dropbox serves as a common storage platform for projects you may have to work on with other people and this allows all the files to be accessible in one place. Dropbox allows files to be organized and be viewed in a categorized manner through folders which you can create and move files to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox is intuitive, simple, and excels in performance. I recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
the ease to share our files with team mates. We use it a lot for video up loads and pictures for a real estate team and the fact the entire team can access one file area frees up our time from having to email files back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. Once we learned the platform lay out it became very easy to use and to integrate into our daily lives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
storage for files for our real estate team, benefits are freeing up time and less phone calls trying to figure out who has what file.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
learn the platform before giving up on it. The integration of life takes a few tries. it is well worth the time investment.
Cloud Based Instant File Sharing & Storage Solution
What do you like best about the product?
With Dropbox Business, we have found it simple to upload large files with little to no lag or other problems. We particularly adore Dropbox because it offers an almost endless list of applications to integrate. We find this particularly beneficial because it has allowed our team to streamline file storage and sharing processes more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upsetting thing about Dropbox is that there is no way to edit files online, which we think that their product development and improvement team should include. Additionally, managing a massive volume of files and folders could be challenging in terms of both storage and accessibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our overall experience with Dropbox has been good. We want to continue using it and recommend it to our business circle. It's indeed simple, streamlined, and cost-effective to store and share small to larger files and documents online.
Dropbox is the most practical solution to share files accross multiple devices
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using the free tier of dropbox and I'm really pleased with how versatile it is, I can share files between my computer, android and iphone devices and amazon firestick. On the computer the dropbox folder appear as mounted on the filesystem, it allow me to use it for personal documents that I want backuped in the cloud. I prefer it over Google Drive and OneDrive, it's easier to configure and there's no worry about security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer the free tier to provide more space. I had some issue in the past with the dropbox process taling too much CPU but it has been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having important documents locally on my computer without cloud backup and having to send them by email was a problem but since I use dropbox I can share my documents accross my devices, and I know they are safe in the cloud, I don't risk to loose them if my hard disk fail.
Does the job perfectly as intended!
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing docs is easy, and having them avaiable on all my computers and phone is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are not online, may get multiple copies of a doc and it's hard to tell which is which. Would be nice to see a warning or something rather than try to figure our what has what info on it.

Access in multiple locations, Dropbox is the easisest and best solution we've found!
Very user friendly, great for teamwork but limited space and expensive to upgrade.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is really good and easy to navigate and understand. This especially helps when someone adds you to a group project to share files. You can see who viewed what, when, who has which permissions and edited which files. All crystal clear. It's very intuitive. If you take a screenshot, it will automatically prompt to ask you if you'd like to share it. The desktop app is also very useful and intuitive in the sense it will ask if you'd like to make a backup of your computer to the cloud in your DropBox account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free 3.75 GB space fills up quite quickly if you are working multiple music projects and it's expensive to upgrade to 2 TB for $119.88 annually although there is a monthly option. It's just not worth it for me as I use it only occasionally and if I reach a file limit issue, there are plenty of free options to send files to people such as WeTransfer which lets you send up to 2 GB for free and you can always split files if you need to send more than 2 GB at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is collaborative teamwork. We attend rehearsals which are recorded with multiple audio devices and then sent to each band member weekly in one or multiple audio files. You can see when the file was uploaded, who has seen the files, edited etc depending on you admin privileges. If someone's missed out, you can nudge them to get up to speed. The user interface is crystal clear.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a regular heavy user of file cloud sharing and need to work on projects and share files with team members constantly, DropBox is most likely the best option for you and the upgrade fees worth your money, but if you only occasionally share files like I do, an alternative such as WeTransfer would suffice.
Dropbox allows my coworkers to send me files to print booklets that are greatly needed!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very simple to set up and is very user friendly, It makes my job so much easier! It enables us to transfer larger files from one account to another so that I can print easily. It works a lot better than traditional email and allows me to store files without using memory on my computer. All of our employees have separate accounts and we can transfer files to one another with the ease of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike and it is a very big help. I think that any user would be impressed if they just give it a try.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't experienced any problems but the benefits are great. It saves a lot of time to be able to transfer files from one account to another. It also frees up a lot of storage on my computer because it enables me to save files online. I would recommend this to anyone because of it usefulness.
The best digital space to keep all my work safe
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is undoubtedly a secure platform to always keep each and every one of my files protected, centrally and with excellent segmentation, I can maintain a proper organization and thus keep both my work files and persoonal documents in order. I can also share files with work colleagues, and give access exclusively to whoever I want to enter to maintain a collaborative work. It does not limit me in any option, I can store the format I want and also have a wide space in the cloud. The synchronization is fast, everything is done in real time, by means of which it allows to streamline all my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the time we have been using Dropbox, there has never been any error, the platform has flowed perfectly and has not presented failures in any aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We find the ease of managing all our work and documents from Dropbox, it provides us with the right platform to make our work much more productive. It helps us organize all our documents and carry out collaborative work. Without a doubt, Dropbox is the best investment to make everything flow optimally. Contribute to remote work, which adds points to the work we do today.
