Very useful and intuitive to use as it syncs with my computer for easy file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I can send large files without having to sign in to a separate website and it works seamlessly with my computer for me to be able to just drag and drop files into a shared folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see no downsides about Dropbox actually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a composer, I need to send and receive large files quite frequently and Dropbox gives me the freedom to do both in addition to being an alternative way to backup my hard drives.

Excellent for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
I own a business and it couldn't be done without Dropbox! I use it daily and I've never had an issue with it. Accessible, reliable, easily integrated. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to password lock a folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using AutoCad, the files have to be from the same location on each persons computer in order for certain things to work. With Dropbox, you can change the install location quick and easy. This allows me to turn any computer into an operable location for drawings.
The most valuable sharing app on the planet
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Dropbox for years. Whenever I have large files I use this instead of zipping them or giving access to my Google Drive. The folders organize my life! Easy to share and many great features. Highly recommend!

I overextend my storage. I would like options to purchase more storage at a better price.

I will ocassionally mess up a spreadsheet and can easily go back a previous version from a few hours earlier or days earlier.

I have the free version and can only share it on 3 devices.

Mostly sharing photos direct from our smartphones.
Save Your Stuff Like A Professional
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has features much like other storage applications. It offers extra space to save more than just files which is a bonus. You can access it through a website and on an app making it accessible. It still has room to go but it's helpful in so many ways!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can still offer more organizing features that make it easy to access our data.

I always trust drop box with important documents and backup files

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox allows you to organize and separate your files in a way that you can easily access it. I also like that you can download Dropbox onto your computer and use it as an app rather than use the search bar every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any. It has saved me many times from losing valuable assignments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is assisting me with keeping my work current and in a safe place should I happen to misplace my flash drive etc. Also assisting me in organizing my work where I can easily access it.
Sharing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share files with anyone in or outside of your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free version had a little bit more storage

I take a lot of hi-res photos that are too large to send over email and dropbox allows me to create folders and share them with ease.
Great product but inflexible and expensive for small business
What do you like best about the product?
The format is easy to understand. Folders inside of folders. I wish Google workspace functioned in the same way. It also handles everything. Doc, PDF, everything. Often pdf have problems but not in the box. It is also kind of expe.sive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive and you can not have just one account for business. A minimum of 3 accounts.
