What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Dropbox for its capability in facilitating communication and file exchange with my clients, which has made photo sharing and deliverables seamless and efficient. The organized hierarchy of folders is something I find particularly helpful, allowing me to keep my files in order and easily manage my work. I enjoy being able to create folders and share links to specific files easily, ensuring that my workflow is smooth and productive. The collaborative features of Dropbox are a significant aspect that would make me consider purchasing it again, as they greatly enhance my ability to work with clients effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the current UI and UX of Dropbox not user-friendly enough.

I use Dropbox to exchange photos and deliveries with my clients, allowing seamless communication and efficient organization through folder hierarchy, enhancing collaboration.
Reliable, Seamless Connectivity for Business and Personal Use
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for at least ten, probably fifteen years, initially starting because my company's IT policies made it difficult to collaborate effectively, especially while living in Asia with poor connectivity. Dropbox offered a seamless solution that allowed us to avoid the high costs of servers and cloud solutions, essentially enabling my company to run efficiently at a lower cost. When I transitioned to my own business, I experienced the same cost-saving benefits. The simplicity and ease of setup were notable advantages; it was incredibly straightforward to get started. I appreciate the ease with which I can access everything from anywhere, without needing to actively do anything—Dropbox just works in the background, making everything I've done easily accessible regardless of the device I pick up. This accessibility and seamless connectivity are crucial benefits for me. The fact that Dropbox remains simple and consistently delivers its core value means I haven't felt the need to switch or incorporate other systems extensively. After many years of use, I find Dropbox to be an innovative leader in its space and appreciate its reliable service, which is why I give it a high recommendation.

Pictures and Documents - On The Go
What do you like best about the product?
I love having my stuff anywhere I go. As long as I have my phone, it is my mobile Dropbox...with me all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging in issues between personal and business. I had the hardest time using Dropbox because my personal Dropbox was making things difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is saving me from downloading everything on my hard drive, which would slow things down. Being on the cloud I have no issues.

Reliable for Photos but Could Be Cheaper
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for five years primarily for storing photos, and it has been incredibly beneficial. I find Dropbox very effective in solving my problems related to storage and file sharing, which includes sharing large files seamlessly. Setting up Dropbox was not difficult at all, which added to my positive experience. Its utility in sharing both large files and photos stands out as particularly useful for me. The overall satisfaction with Dropbox leads me to consider more storage as a factor that would make me repurchase the service.

I find Dropbox to be a bit expensive.

Dropbox is the best storage app, and offer multiple functionalities really enhancing my productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I am a long-term, Dropbox Plus user, with a paid yearly subscription. I use Dropbox every day, several times a day, across multiple devices, computers, mobile phones, and tablet. The most helpful functions using Dropbox are the ability to automatically backup my computer, as well as the automatic synchronization of my files on Dropbox and my computer, to ensure I never lose any information. Moreover I appreciate the integrated tools such as the ability to sign documents or the Paper application to quickly collaborate by sharing notes and minutes of meeting. The file sharing is also very useful, as is the automatic upload and backup of photos from my mobile devices to Dropbox storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of using Dropbox is that when sharing documents with my team or other people, they need to have a Dropbox account and enough storage allowance, in order to access all functionalities of Dropbox. But not all people are willing to create a Dropbox account, and even less, take a Premium pay membership, especially if they are only occasional users, or just collaborating with me using Dropbox, but otherwise using other Cloud services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is keeping all my documents secured, it backs-up my computer which is a trove of information, and saves all my photos across all my mobile devices automatically. It helps me share documents and files, and increase my ability to collaborate with others, professionally and personally.
Rock-Solid Stability, But File Recovery Needs Improvement

Restoring one or a selection of deleted files is challenging.
