It serves the purpose that I need it to.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a great online cloud for files. The syncing between my phone and laptop is very fast especially when I need to get my files turned in right before a deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about dropbox. As far as I have been using it, I have not found anything negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me keep my files organized and synced between all of my device

i think the way they show files to the user especially the recommended one

sharing files to modify it together with my team
Dropbox makes connecting with colleagues and partners easier
What do you like best about the product?
When dealing with projects thatr contain a large group of people, being able to share our assets via Dropbox makes our work process much more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I lose a bit of quality in the videos I upload from/download to Dropbox but it is never truly damaging to our projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of having a large file that needs to get to someone else in a quick timeframe. It is so helpful to share and recieved elements for video editing.
Great Product, Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for sending several large video files to other countries for editing. I have found that Dropbox has been the easiest and most reliable for this task. At one point I accidentally purchased the wrong plan for the wrong account and I was able to get a full refund without any headaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to find how much storage folders take up. Sometimes I find what I am looking for and sometimes it doesn't tell me and important information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending large files quickly and reliably- faster than mail or in person transfers.

The UI could be a little bit easier to navigate, maybe a different colors mode

I love that I can send a document to co-workers and parents for a signature and it provides an exact spot for them to sign on. It is easy for me to see who has and has not signed and then can quickly upload the document where I need it.

The only thing I dislike at this time is when people do not use Dropbox and I still need paper copies.

I am able to collect signatures on important paper work quickly without having to go to people in person.
Files were shared with me and it was difficult to download them

Can't run HTML files from it directly like servers , unlike mp3 and video files

Easily sharing files with direct download and viewing except HTML files
This is a great tool to use for files. There's nothing like dropbox

I like that I can upload as many files as possible and share the folder with another user without having to download and send to an email.

Downside of dropbox is it may be overpriced.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has growqn over the last decade to provide the uer with an experience that allows easy access to themselves and others. If a document, pohotos or video need to be stored and accessed later, this is always a grwat goto for client accounts and in house team access.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a personal user, the cost of Dropboix is not favorable to other software that can be chosen for the same thing. It does tens to cost a one night stay at your favorite hotel, for a one-time annual fee of $199, so hope there is a discount available so you can enjoy your on lone tool at a price that is more considerate to your needs.
Customer support has not been easy to access unfortunately, but once you find there is no live people to help, the email system is the only way to go with, yet again, another company. The majority of online software charges an arm and a leg while saving money (as usual) on labor to make sure your experience is less than exceptional. If you are of the genertion that prefers a warm body to understand and explain the tech when it gets difficult to manage for whatever reason. This is not the right software to go with.
Ease of integration: THIS is where Dropbox excells, connectivity to other people and team members is easy, the ability to allow edits or only views is a good marker of use.
Easy to install and load on your computer or MAC- friendly to both Windows and MAC IOS.
Uploading files: So far, So GOOD. Hopefully this isn't made more complicated moving forward.

Problems solving? well, I wouldn't say it necessarily "siolves" problems- but does provide access I greatly need when sharing files.
