Meets all of my storage needs
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Dropbox for many years for audio, video and text files, as well as for photos. I have plenty of storage to keep all of my files organized so that I can easily find them when I need them. I like that I can share individual files or folders as needed. Dropbox has always met my storage needs. I'm a customer for life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a safe place to store large and small files, and be able to access them anytime I need to.

Dropbox is a godsend

It's easy to use, and can be accessed from anywhere, saving all my important things

Accessibility & ease with mobile app. Can connect with phone and computer remotely

subscription for more space. more merit based increase for data expansion would be great or temporary increase for more storage

having to use google drive and MEGA. great alternative when maxing out the other two
Easy online storage
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates into my laptop and mobile (via app) to make it really easy to add files to Dropbox or transfer files from Dropbox.
It makes it really easy to share project documents with clients because they can access the Dropbox link even if they don't have Dropbox. I can have multiple folders within Dropbox, each shared with a different client and totally secure. My clients don't need to have Dropbox themselves in order to access the files that I share.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found any downsides to Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy way to share drafts and final products with clients in my service-based business. I can set up a file for the project and the customer can upload any materials or information that I need at the start of the project, I can share transcripts/call recordings, and even put invoices in there so the client has one spot for all of the documents they need.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy and simple to download, edit and save. It is even easier to transfer documents to places like my email or for a job applications. I also find it great that there is great ease an accessing my certification courses in the area of psychology.

I honestly have not encountered any downsides of using Dropbox as it fits app all of my needs.

Dropbox is helping me, save all of my content easily and efficiently.
