Essential if you're in the startup world!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how I can share high res files easily without altering or consolidating the data I'm sending. When you're receiving files shared via Dropbox, you don't need to worry about your email being public either. The last thing I'll say is that I aboslutely love the docsend capabilities that Dropbox has now, since the acquisition. If you're a startup, those docsend features are essential!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always feel like I'm aware of all the features I have access to but that's a small issue to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily sharing high levels of data but in a way that does not rely on email and does not alter the original files. Dropbox just allows for more complex data sharing which was something I always used to worry about in business situations.

To drop box or not to Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that DropBox makes it easy and secure to send files from one device to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you go to the paid version. That dropbox goes off and indexes your files, makes copies of the main folders and uploads everythihng to the DropBox. By inserting the DropBox folder into the folder path, i now have two my documents, two downloads folders, etc. As this has been impossible to undo, without the risk of lossing hundreds of files, we have been forced to continue to pay the subscription fee for several years. So DropBox is effectly holding us to ransom and demanding payment, or we will lose our files. We never asked it to copy the contents of those directories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the safe and secure of moving large content around between devices.
It’s been a smooth experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, the organization of folders is intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
That it pops up a window if it's a link to login even when we don't need an account. I know you say this in the window but still some people might be confused
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I always work with large files with people from across the globe and it allows me to share them easily
Dropbox for everyday use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to share files with friends and family.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates to how we look for the files. It is now harder to find the files you dropped into dropbox like a file explorer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is able to share the video file with friends and family so they can review what you did in the editing.
Was good, now is hard to use and competitors are doing it better
What do you like best about the product?
It was a simple and easy way to store and share files that was relatively easy to understand for even the computer less-literate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm commonly faced with issues where I send someone a Dropbox of photos and they're unable to even view them because their dropbox acct is full. I'm currently in the process of moving my files to Google, who is cheaper and who offers easier/better controls for sharing and access
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me access files when traveling and helps me share content with collaborators and clients.
Excellent and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I use drop box all the time for work and have never had any issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough people use it but it's still easy to share docs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing docs
It used to be a great service, but it's become really uselss.
What do you like best about the product?
There's not much I like about the new Dropbox, least of all how I can't delete old files to gain storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's become just a cash grab. You can't delete old information, every time I log in I'm told I'm out of storage and I have to pay more for my service, but I can't delete anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't been able to use Dropbox for the last two months because I am out of storage and can't permanently delete old files to get more storage.
Very practical. Always at hand
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent two way interchange of information, as well as safekeeping my own documents
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning was awkward because it became default for all files saving
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various internal communication issues are now surpassed
Easy to store and share files but not a lot of space
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited space even when some shares with me and it's not my files it counts
