Effortless Integration, But Uploads Could Be Faster

Easy integration to our system and easy to send files

takes a while to upload and our photographers have to sort through files before upload

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Dropbox for its comprehensive feature set and competitive price point, which prompted me to choose it over other options like Google Drive. I find the file management capabilities incredibly useful for my business, allowing me to efficiently store, back up, and share content with clients while receiving timely feedback. The seamless integration with both my server and desktop applications makes Dropbox particularly advantageous for my workflow. Dropbox Replay is invaluable for customer feedback on videos, significantly streamlining the feedback loop and enhancing productivity. Dropbox Transfer adds a professional touch when sending branded files to clients. Overall, the combination of Dropbox’s features such as Dropbox Sign and its ability to collaborate efficiently through more integration with my team and clients makes it a central part of my business operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the mobile app underwhelming, as it lacks some of the features that are available on the desktop version. I would also appreciate a gallery feature that allows me to share photo galleries with clients, as a more presentation-friendly option instead of just sending a link to a folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to streamline feedback on videos with Dropbox Replay, enhancing the feedback loop efficiency. Dropbox Transfer enables me to send professional-looking branded files to clients, improving business presentation.
Dropbox - The good, the bad, and the so so.
What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility. I have been able to use it in a variety of countries without significant problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to quickly download bulk files like photos to off line devices but it is dropbox seems to make this difficult for users.

I do not have any issues to report here, I am generally happy with my DropBox.

It solves issues with using different devices at different places and provides me with additional online storage space.
Fast and Convenient, But Data Updates Lag

Faseasy to access and online so you can put in data on one device and review it on another

A bit slow in the updates of new data from excel

Affordable and Comprehensive Filing Solution

its affordability is competitive and the ability to turn online vs offline access is a benefit

there have been a number of account where those I send links to are unable to download without creating an account or having enough space in their account

sharing material between remote and local drives is always a concern when it comes to video editing with international and remote clientele
Solid for Basic Storage, Needs Easier Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for ten years primarily for backup and storage purposes. One feature I find beneficial is its capability to automatically save my screenshots, which is helpful even though I am not entirely sure how this feature was set up. This functionality simplifies the process of ensuring important images are securely stored without any additional effort, providing a reliable backup for my data.

I find Dropbox more challenging to use compared to Google, indicating that there's something about its ease of use that could be improved. I'm looking for Dropbox to be more affordable and offer superior performance compared to Google, as the current pricing and performance do not meet my expectations for considering continued use.

I find Dropbox useful for storing my data safely, and it automatically saves my screenshots, which helps in keeping them organized.
Excellent Cloud Storage Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox provides great cloud storage for my storage needs.

I had a problem with files disappearing one tiome, but the Dropbox support helped me to restore them.
