Very good option for cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
vert easy way to use and you have the possibility to access your account from anywhere, also has auto save feature and history, like come back in time, or time machine from apple. if you delete your files by mistake you can easily backup them from the cloud. You can also track which user did the last changes in your file. Another thing I also think it is very good are some features where you can see the "ghost" of your file in the computer, but you can choose to not have them in your computer so it doesn't take space from your hard disk, once you decide to open that file it will be automatically downloaded locally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use it for work, but for my personal stuff I prefer to use google drive because it is already everything on my email. But for work is very good. Or if you use 1 single computer for everything, I think dropbox should be enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sharing all files with your team, the benefits is that you have always backup, so if someone delete some files by mistake you will have dropbox backup, also history of who changed which file. You also have automatic update of who is changing which file (which you can also unable), it is a notification that appears on the right side of your computer screen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a really good file cloud storage I think dropbox is good, but if you want to work with versioning, for example versioning design files, I would use Abstract, it is like a github but for designers.

Dropbox for better file storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use and it have very good user interface. Drag and and drop feature is one of beast feature it have. Beginner can also use it without any stress. Dropbox have free version with limited space so it enable every user to try it before going to purchase paid version. It is secure and fast in processing . uploading and downloading file from dropbox is not difficult compared to other. And even without login any one can download the content if user shared the link with them. So we share the data to anyone who has no dropbox account also. This feature make dropbox more flexile compared to other. We can simply put hte link in the mail and forward to end user. Version history is alo one good feature with in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In free version there should more space. Then only use can experience it more. version history should be available to free version also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many large files which can not be sent through mail are shared with many customer and exe which can not be attached with mail also shared using dropbox. And many files which we need to keep safe are stored in dropbox for future reference.
Cost-effective file sharing system
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an incredibly useful app to store, retrieve and manage your files online. It is completely free and user-friendly that has eased my content storage & sharing needs to a large extent. Registering my account at Dropbox has given a good amount of storage space viz. 2 GB for keeping my documents. At times when I make a mistake, I get the option to retrieve and pull earlier versions of stored documents which is a lifesaver for people like me who are into creative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inactive Dropbox accounts having free subscription are most likely to be suspended for non-usage. The administrators retain the right to delete your files without prior notice from those accounts that are free & inactive for some period. Moreover, the mobile version of Dropbox lacks functionality. As compared to desktop, it is not flexible and tends to impede the sharing & downloading process of larger files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Dropbox, I can also store files offline, as it gets sync once I get connected to the internet. It is an amazing feature that streamlines my work flow in times of traveling & working remotely. Collaboration on my creative projects is made easier. Now, I can share inferences and also seek comments/ feedbacks on the shared files without much ado. The detailed search options & the ability to track new/old file versions all in all makes it unique.
There is plenty of space to store
What do you like best about the product?
I love dropbox only! The streamlined user experience and a number and lots of capacity it provides at a fairly low price is a really good service! I've been using dropbox for more than 2 years and never had a hard time. You will easily track your help and FAQ books in case you have a difficulty with importing files or setting up your accounts. I just love that! I just love it! Yes, I love amazing Dropbox service.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way! No way! No way! Yeah, at all, there's no disgust! How could I hate a big and renowned company offering this very good service? Unlike others, it has never been threatened that could hack or destroy the files. It's very healthy and nothing as such is actually bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use dropbox for a very long while and store all my images and essential office data, which I like to access remotely from anywhere on all computers, i.e. everywhere. I can still see my family pictures very securely. With regards to the use of residences, for work purposes it is so easy. Try it, and you'd be happy to be part of that!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a guide and I would suggest that you use the free storage option for few candidates. I always recommend starting with the smaller storage and updating storage to your needs to insure the storage is not inefficient.

It is easy to use and sync with app available for any OS even for Android and iOS.

The pro and bussines version is a little bit pricy compare to the competitors

Great platform to access shared files
What do you like best about the product?
File can be shared and same file can be accessed by multiple person at the same time. So a common space globally can be used for it. Saves global storage. Easy access from anywhere, anytime on any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I don't find such dislike. Because due to server costs, they cannot provide more space for free.

File access and live updated data access.

What do you like best about the product?
The three features of Dropbox that I like are as follows. You can access your data in Dropbox from anywhere in the world via the internet. In addition, with common use, you can have a shared storage area that can be easily accessed by more than one person. Finally, you do not risk losing data due to problems such as malfunctions in physical storage devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are three situations that I don't like in Dropbox. You may experience problems in any internet interruption, as it can be accessed over the internet, which I do not like the most. In addition, if you are hacked as a result of unconscious use, there may be a risk of your data being stolen. Finally, the area provided by the free membership is not sufficient after a certain period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a program where I usually make my documents and shares about work and school. It has a structure that I use by categorizing the folders I share and allowing the contacts.

In addition, you do not carry viruses between devices as you do not physically connect to different PCs as in physical storage units. In addition, you can easily follow the transaction you have made on any device from other devices. Another good feature is that you can use Dropbox with many different operating systems.
Dropbox is a great way to keep your images organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to upload all images in one places and segment them into categories based on subject matter and use. My favorite feature is being able to share certain folders so that whenever I add to them, they are automatically received by the people shared to the folder. Super easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
At one point I needed to rename 900+ items within a folder, each with a different name which I found tricky and not super user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With dropbox I am able to share projects with my teams both on and off location. Having my images in one place also keeps them from being scattered and taking up large amounts of computer space.

This is really this product to store data on Dropbox and Dropbox is a simple, reliable file-syncing and storage service with enhanced collaboration features, but it's more expensive and less integrated than a platform
