Convenient document storage that works across different devices and integrates with platforms well
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access my Dropbox files from my phone, laptop and iPad easily. I don't pay for other data storage since I can use one Dropbox account across all my devices. I like that you can select certain folders to exist on both the computer and on the cloud, while keeping some just on the cloud (to save hard drive space). Automatic syncing is reliable as well.

If your subscription expires you'll have to move files to another storage option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I back up our website files to Dropbox which helps as an off server backup at a reasonable cost. I also like that I can access Dropbox from across different devices.
The first and the best
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Dropbox as an undergrad in 2015, when I realized that I needed a software solution to work on my term reports across different devices. It has been a decade, and I haven't looked back. Dropbox is secure, syncs seemlessly, and is a joy to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox since I was a teen back in them days, and I cannot explain how it has saved my life at times with its version history and synchronicity across multiple devices. I went through so many laptops, organisations, Androids and Apples and always kept Dropbox consistently throughout so many of my life changes which only kept consistency and ease to storing all my essential data. Really happy to report that there has never been any issue with use in the 20 years I've been using it, and no breach of data concerns either. Thank you Dropbox!

I'm really struggling to think of something to criticize about my experience with Dropbox, but I suppose it would be nice to see them collaborate with other service features in the future such as image editors, Adobe or Office suite functionality.

Best Cloud Service
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has become my go-to cloud storage for its user-friendly interface and seamless syncing across all my devices. Uploading, downloading, and managing files feels effortless. No matter what device I'm on, Dropbox keeps my files up-to-date, which has been crucial for meeting deadlines on projects. Collaboration with colleagues is also a breeze thanks to shared folders and file commenting. Plus, Dropbox offers a safety net with its file version history, giving me peace of mind in case of accidental edits or deletions. While the free storage fills up quickly and advanced collaboration tools might be needed for some projects, the integrations with my daily workflow apps make Dropbox a reliable and user-friendly choice. It keeps my files accessible, teamwork smoother, and everything connected for a more efficient workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core functionality is fantastic, sometimes I wish there were more advanced features for file sharing, like password protection or link expiration dates. It would be great to have even more control over how I share my files with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It backs up all the files on my computer.
