Dropbox is great for remote working and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for my business and personal purposes and my files are always with me wherever I go. Dropbox is syncing on my home computer, laptop and mobile and I have easy access on my files. I also use dropbox for sharing files with customers and friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have multiple Dropbox accounts for business and home use and sometimes it is difficult to switch between accounts and I need to use multiple Chrome instanses to access different Dropboxes but I can live with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have lot of files digitally stored and Dropbox is helping me to get organized.

Dropbox has been an absolute game changer!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Dropbox allows me to see currently-syncing and already-synced files, so that I can differentiate between the two. I also love how the Dropbox user interface is consistent across my PC, web, and phone screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that Dropbox would allow me to search for recently-synced items a little bit sooner, though I do realize that items/files take a bit of time to index.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to collaborate with my colleagues in real-time across multiple different device types. The entire experience is a very seamless and simple one!
Very useful, if pricey
What do you like best about the product?
Having it available on multiple machines and having the ability to use it offline at any time so long as it synced.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like using Dropbox, but it's a little pricey for me. It's probably in line with all the other cloud storage options out there, but since I use it primarily for my freelance clients and I'm not at a place to justify buying more space, I use the free version. Things get glitchy going between computers and phones, but if you're okay with the price then all of that goes away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing files offline and backing them up, specifically word documents, pdfs, and othe text based documents.
Wonderful with one small issue
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to collaborate with my colleagues on joint projects. Also, can share files with my family and friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I notice that it can take a long time to sync changes so that they show up in my colleagues' dropbox when collaborating simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating at a distance and when traveling
So useful!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox almost everyday, for storing files and docs, easy to use, and great for sharing files/docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think about, maybe more free storage would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to share files
Great for back up and working from unexpected locations
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the obvious (cloud back up), I have unexpectedly needed to pull docs at times when I didn't have my computer or phone but was able to access them remotely because of the cloud storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option for collaborative use is very clunky. The requirement to download/revise/upload increases the possibility of error when trying to work on a document with colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to safely store docs and pull them from any computer/device and any location.
By far the most user friendly cloud storage application
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy using Dropbox. It's exactly like saving a file on your own hard drive. I have no idea why the other cloud storage options can't get anywhere close to this.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it's not free for unlimited storage!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving files across multiple devices
Great Sharing Service for Files
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share files to anyone, anywhere, anytime!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more detail friendly like showing what size folders are and maybe a more user friendly interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live in Utah and our editing office is in Nebraska so transferring files between states is the best benefit (I used to mail hard drives back and forth every week)
Good!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the native text editing. It is very nice to have it all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Not super well integrated into other systems, it would be nice if files auto backed up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like using it to view code
Pleasantly surprised
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an all in once source for not only my storage needs but also SOP workflow documentation for my everyday client workflows. The Dropbox platform is straightforward & userfriendly. It's quick & zippy. I am able to share or download to PDF documents for my clients with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site seems to go down fairly often for a platform in which I put 100% of my company documentation in. Usually it is a quick fix but the fact that it happens often worries me sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between multiple individuals on the same documents & easily sharing documents with my clients.
