What do you like best about the product?
Works efficiently and seamlessly in the background as I work in other task

Not so much that I dislike but I can say sometimes certain lags in the syncing

I serve music content to a host of clients and that where I backup all the deliveries and final product

What do you like best about the product?
Easily shared and update files with collaborators
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found any in 4 years. Everything performs as advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just one - to have the image library readily available with no down-time

It is incredibly thankful easy to navigate and is very reasonably priced.

I can't think of any downsides. It is always reliable.

As we work remotely, collaboration is easier with Dropbox.

Easy access; the ability to have both shared accounts and personal accounts is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When storing academic work with references generated by Mendeley, it does not store the referencing properly

I am a researcher and use Dropbox to share and access documents with my research team. I also use it to safely store my individual research documents
My Go-To Platform for Sharing Files
What do you like best about the product?
I work in photography and film, I love that I can upload in the highest resolution and share with clients easily. I use it several times a week and clients opening links haven't had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any dislikes yet. It's been smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of not having to keep large files on my phone and devices. It's also a safe place to keep my work and memories for years to come.

I have used dropbox since a decade now. I have seen the evolution of the service with new features being added periodically.

Sometimes, on the laptop after an update I have to reinstall the application.

Sharing a folder is not supported in a convenient way.
I need to share a folder with several people and for some reason they don't manage with it.
I didn't dig into it to understand what exactly is their problem, but when I need to share, I usually use Google Drive to ease the use for those who get the share link.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of uploading files and photos, as well as the ease of finding my files after uploading. Its easy to set up folders within folders for organized storage. It's quick to extract contents from a folder. It's fast to upload files and photos. And it's easy to share files with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Plus was more affordable. I upgraded to get the 2TB of storage, but i was hesitant because of the price. Other cloud storage are cheaper with same amount of storage capacity/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping my content safe and saving me space on my iphone and camera roll. It allows me to access shared folders from my mentor.

Versatility and compatibility. Pretty easy to use and incorporate into workflow.

Wish it was a bit more affordable. And the upload and download to cloud process is sometimes finicky.
