Seamless & Reliable with Room for UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for over ten years, primarily for file management, and it has consistently delivered a seamless user experience. I find it incredibly easy to use, akin to creating folders on my own desktop. The straightforward drag-and-drop interface stands out, making file storage intuitive and efficient. Dropbox was initially my only solution before alternatives like Google Drive were accessible. I value its capability to solve my storage load problems by allowing me to store memorabilia and important documents without the constraints of server or file maximums. Additionally, Dropbox offers limitless storage capacity, which is a key factor for me in considering future use. The features I appreciate most are seamless uploading, robust folder organization, easy click-to-share options, and substantial storage capability. These aspects significantly enhance my productivity and data management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the sharing capabilities in Dropbox are not as streamlined as I would like. The process to share files often requires multiple steps, such as clicking on an icon, highlighting the hyperlink, and then clicking share. This feels outdated compared to more streamlined features that allow a single tap to share or save directly to my desktop or inbox. It can be cumbersome and inefficient, especially when I need to quickly share or save files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Dropbox solves my storage problems by allowing me to store memorabilia and important documents without server limits, offering seamless file management and easy folder organization.
Smooth Setup, Efficient File Management
What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate how Dropbox helps me keep track of all my photos, videos, and other files in an organized manner. Since switching from Google Drive, I've found the app to be much faster, which significantly enhances my efficiency. The process of setting it up was incredibly easy, and I've been enjoying its smooth operation without any issues for the four years I've used it. The ample storage space is another fantastic feature that makes Dropbox a worthwhile app for me. Furthermore, the app's quality convinced me from the start, as it was recommended by a friend due to its ability to store a large amount of information affordably. Given these outstanding aspects of Dropbox, there is nothing I would change about my experience, and I would wholeheartedly rate it a ten on a scale of recommendation likelihood.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I really like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

User-Friendly with a Handy Free Version, But Limited Space
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and has a free version for people to try it out and see it meet their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has limited space and the upgrades are expensive for small businesses starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to share information and forms with clients that is more secure and still user friendly for people that do not use file sharing.

I don’t dislike anything about Dropbox. I am happy working with this Cloud Service

Easy move information between devices and cloud services. Like Adobe Cloud, etc.
Love Dropbox! It’s amazing and everyone should use it!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how clean and easy to use Dropbox is and how well it flows with everything else I do. I love how it’s integrated with my computer and how easy it is to keep some folders in my computer and others online only to save on computer storage space. It’s so easy to introduce new people to it and it makes my job so much faster. I work with software that gets backed up and restored between 3 sets of computers at least once monthly and moving those backups to the other computers through shared folders is so fast! And if a computer doesn’t have Dropbox, I just sign in through the browser and drag files into or out of Dropbox. I use it heavily for work, to run a nonprofit parent group, and for a larger event I organize and it’s so helpful!
I pay for my account because I need the size and because so many people use the files, I want the roll back on the files in case there are oopses. And I have had to roll back files that were saved over and restore deleted files many times. So I love this feature!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone has Dropbox and sometimes it’s not as easy to share with people who don’t have it. They have to sign on to the website or follow links to get to the file where I’m just opening folders on my computer.
Using Dropbox online isn’t always intuitive. Sometimes it’s harder to find your folder than it should be. Trying to find where to find older and deleted versions of files can be tricky if you have never done it or if it’s been awhile but it’s not bad if you look up how to do it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with different groups and sharing files with different groups. Moving files between different computers and having them on hand on my phone for reference. Always having my files accessible no matter what device I’m using and not needing to move files between different computers because it automatically syncs between them.
Great File Organization, But Storage Limits Are Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it organizes a large volume of files and also the search function
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't have a sense of capacity and it feels like i would randomly get notifications that my dropbox is full, yet i can still access some files so that is a bit confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is a good file sharing platform and storage tool
Generous Storage, But UI Gets Clunky Near Capacity
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the basic version provides ample storage space to the point that you share others' content as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with substantial bandwidth on my end, sometimes it takes more than one attempt to upload files. Additionally, as your storage space begins to dwindle, even if there is still barely enough room for your uploads, I find that navigating the user interface becomes noticeably more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to share files that are too large to email. In turn, it also enables someone to share their high volume content online instead of bringing a flash drive to me.
Effortless File Sharing, But Local Storage Usage Is High
What do you like best about the product?
Easy file sharing. Easy to make shareable links
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes double space on the hard drive instead of being completely on cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing is a major problem being resolved by dropbox
