Drop-dead Easy File Sharing for a Decade
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for ten years primarily for sharing large video files with my clients. I find it incredibly valuable because it makes sharing files very simple and straightforward. Setting up Dropbox was not difficult for me; it was pretty self-explanatory and intuitive, especially since I am familiar with similar services and computers. I appreciate the features I currently get with Dropbox and have no desire to change anything about them. The current pricing for the amount of storage I receive is satisfactory, and as long as it stays that way, I will continue to be a customer. Additionally, I rely mostly on Dropbox for my needs, occasionally using Google Drive, but Dropbox remains my main service. Overall, my experience with Dropbox is positive, and I would highly recommend it, evidenced by my recommendation score of 10 out of 10.

Seamless Sync Across Devices, But Online File Search Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
that it simultaneously updates on all my devices and that I can even get my files on a device without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for a file on the web version is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work from home and at the office and occasionally from other locations. Using this I can get the most recent version of my file from anywhere. I can also share folders and remove people from sharing as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Dropbox for its ease of use and usability, which has made it an essential tool for over a decade. Its automatic sync feature is invaluable, allowing me seamless access to files and documents across devices. I love the convenience it provides by enabling easy backups and allowing me to store and access photos from my phone with minimal effort. The ability to generate links for large files, such as videos, simplifies sharing, and adds to its usefulness. Dropbox’s integration with macOS further enhances my experience, making file management more efficient. The reliability of its sync and the ease of sharing links to large files are standout benefits that keep me committed to using Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like much clearer visibility and progress bars when large files are uploading. When I'm syncing a gigabyte video and waiting for it to upload so I can share it, I want very clear visibility and progress indicators to know how long it's gonna take and when it's gonna be done.

I use Dropbox for easy backups, storing photos, accessing files on my phone, and syncing, making file sharing simple and reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy and straightforward the setup process was when I first started using Dropbox. It made the transition seamless. Dropbox’s quick and easy file sharing is the most useful feature for me. I love how it allows me to effortlessly share files with others. This functionality has been the primary reason I use Dropbox, as it enhances my workflow by enabling smooth collaboration. I'm quite satisfied with the service as it stands, which is why I would consider purchasing Dropbox again as it is. The effectiveness of this tool is also reflected in my likelihood to recommend it to others, which I rated an eight out of ten.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find limiting about Dropbox is the inability to customize folders with custom images. This lack of customization makes it harder for me to visually organize and distinguish folders according to my preferences.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Dropbox as my preferred cloud-based storage solution. Having used it for ten years, it stands out as the first and only cloud storage service I've ever needed, and it truly remains my go-to choice. The ease of logging in and navigating is noteworthy; you simply click on a folder, and it launches with no hassle, making data management straightforward. I've found it incredibly beneficial for sharing critical information with clients, especially given its convenient accessibility from my phone, ensuring I'm always able to retrieve necessary data on the go. Dropbox's capability to store, organize, and share cases and discovery files with attorneys and clients is exceptionally resourceful and supports my professional needs effectively. Overall, I find all of its features useful and much better than alternatives like Onehub. I consistently recommend Dropbox to others and give it a likelihood rating of 10 for recommendations.

There was a bit of a learning curve when I initially started using Dropbox. I wasn't familiar with it at first, which made setting it up a little challenging. However, once I learned how to use it, it became very easy.
