Great way to aggregate user insights from multiple sources in a single data source
What do you like best about the product?
UnitQ lets us get all user feedback from multiple channels into a single, easy-to-use source of truth. The way UnitQ writes data back to our tools is very flexible and lets us connect these insights to various other internal data. Overall, UnitQ has helped us automate the right things and allowed us (and our internal partners) to be far quicker in surfacing and addressing the right user issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the data viz options in UnitQ are a little subpar but never affect our ability to determine the substance of the information. Some improvements in the reporting display and configuration could be a helpful next step, but it's not something I find to be a blocker in regular use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UnitQ helps us identify what users are writing about, which then lets us prioritize fixes and advocate for improvements to the user experience. We also use it to automate some of our support responses or let agents take bulk actions.

Top Tier Voice of the Customer Software
What do you like best about the product?
UnitQ has become the go-to platform for my company when trying to analyze the voice of our customers. Since using UnitQ, we have gained insights into what our customers are saying in real-time. UnitQ provides a top-tier experience for companies looking to see what people say about their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides to using UnitQ are very minimal. Whenever we need to have some adaptations created for our use case scenarios, they are very open to looking into them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The member feedback we are receiving from UnitQ is helping my company to create business decisions that positively affect our customers.
Efficient User Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the most helpful aspects of using UnitQ include its ability to quickly and accurately identify bugs, its ability to prioritize bugs based on their severity, and its ability to integrate with existing software development workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike, but more a feature request. We rely heavily on the alerts sent to us by UnitQ to determine if there is an actual bug in our system. We often times have to manually review and confirm if it's a bug or not. I'd say a feature request that would be helpful in distinguishing the difference between what is being talked about with our members versus what is actually broken in our product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UnitQ has allowed us to efficiently review multiple categories across our product which once was a very manual process for us. It's helped us save time and resources, allowing us to focus on other important tasks. Additionally, UnitQ's ability to prioritize bugs based on their severity helps us address critical issues first, reducing the risk of major problems down the line.
Taking all information and breaking it down into views
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it can scrape almost all interactions about our business that we need, from any platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see if we could break it down by hours of the day instead of just day week and month
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see how our members are interacting with specific promos or app changes that we make
Makes the customer voice heard in the whole company
What do you like best about the product?
I think UnitQ is a top-notch quality assurance solution that stands out for its comprehensive issue detection, real-time monitoring, actionable insights, collaboration features, machine learning capabilities, and exceptional customer support. By incorporating UnitQ into your development process, you can proactively identify and address issues, enhance your product's quality, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some challenges in getting all our sources into the tool, but the team has been very helpful and are making more and more of our wishes come through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining Feedback Transfer from Customer Support to the Entire Organization. With UnitQ we can avoid time consuming and manual processes for deepdiving into what feedback customers really are wishing from us. It also helps us solve problems and bugs more fast, since we have the possibility to react live, with alerts, instead of waiting until enough customer have reached out and customer support reaches out to developers.
A Game changer for us getting to know what our users really say about us
What do you like best about the product?
Simply the fact that my team and I can go into one place and read all the actual customer feedback after filtering out all the noise. It has been a game changer as we in the product team before, for some sources (like customer service tools), relied on customer service to do sporadic reports on "ticket count per various categories" without any real possibility for us to dig deeper and see the nuances by seeing the details of what customers actually say.
Also, the team is very respondent in helping us with challenges, answering quetsions etc. It feels like improvements are rolled out to the tool at a very steady pace as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some challenges tuning alerts to the right level of sensitivity and have experienced a bit too much noise or "false alarms".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our product teams to:
- validate and dig deeper into understanding specific customer pains or problems
- evaluate success of improvements (by reading specific feedback or seeing how volume of certain feedback categories change over time)
- explore/identify new issues

Invaluable solution - one of a kind
What do you like best about the product?
In measuring user sentiment at scale, we launched an exhaustive search for the best tool and found UnitQ. It has been an effective way to review qualitative feedback qualitatively.
What do you dislike about the product?
UnitQ is still relatively early in development, so some tweaks are still being addressed, but their product and engineering teams have been very responsive to our suggestions and feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring user sentiment in a way that we can make user-focused decisions without being reactive to individual users who don't represent a trend in user feedback. Representing user issues cross-departmentally by having qualitative dashboards to visualize user sentiment. Finding bugs quickly and linking user feedback to GHIs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the most out of unitQ requires investing the resources to set it up properly. This is not necessarily unique to unitQ but is something to keep in mind when considering the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
unitQ allows us to be more efficient at surfacing customer feedback insights in a timely and comprehensive manner. Issue resolution is more efficient, as cross-functional teams have access to the same information, reducing the need for comparing and validating data sources. Given how customizable unitQ is, this is a tool that can be used by most functions within the company.
Structuring real time user feedback at scale
What do you like best about the product?
All of the supported integrations.
1. unitQ alerts via #slack integrations and Quality Trends view have been something that we rely on. The real-time flags pushed the ability of my team to investigate and identify potential platform issues minimizing any gaps in our user experience.
2. Dashboards have been a clear winner for all our users for being able to get a glimpse of a specific trend on one page.
3. Using AI Summarization (Beta) when reviewing a Quality Monitor has been a timesaver when analyzing a few thousand pieces of feedback while still being able to strategically frame the finer details of an issue.
Lastly, very excited to get the jira integration started since this will also help the team fast-track resolutions of any recurring or emerging issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but more around a feature request for additional exporting options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to using alerts and reviewing the Quality Trends, unitQ's categorization process has simplified the way we uncover insights that are most relevant to our product teams.
