Haproxy is an open source load balancer to deal with distribute request to the backend services

It’s a great Free and opensource project. I use it inside OpenShift and outside OpenShift to providence KubeAPI Loadbalanving on bare medal deployment

Maybe HAProxy can provide MetalLB Alternative to provide VIP throught ARP

Provide KubeAPI LoadBlanving on BareMetal
Were using the community version for a short while and the setup and usage is very straightforward.

Easy to follow documentation, very simple set up.

At the moment cannot point anything that we dislike.

Solves the issue of loadbalancing internal proxies.

Sometimes documentation could be more clear as I was exploring rate limiting solutions
