Haproxy works well for us. We are able to use it on a very high scale with low latency and compute power.

Config management seems to be little harder

We need API management for HaProxy, it's there in the latest version I guess. Can we book for the old one?

We Osoftware that we dont want to put on the Internet and we dont want an expensive waf so we use haproxy.
Using HAProxy as a smart connection router for WebSocket connections into meeting servers.

It's complete control over the connection management lifecycle

The config system is a bit esoteric .. have to learn a domain specific configuration

We needed a "smart@ router that could connect users to preconfigured and matched meeting servers
HAProxy has been super reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility while being easy to use. We have had zero issues using HAProxy which has been extremely reliable for our product.

We are currently running on fargate but it would be great if it was managed service that AWS provided.
