Great Analytics, UI/UX a little tricky.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly it can process my dashboards. Much quicker than my experience with Tableau.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the paramters are difficult to use. I needed to create a filter to find who did an event, and then performed it again within a given time range, but I was locked into using 30 or 90 days which didn't workf or my project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track our main KPI's like downloads and account creations.
It sheds light on how our customers interact with our offerings
What do you like best about the product?
Digital analytics for any website allows me to monitor its visitors, which in turn helps me improve the customer experience. For example, I can assign codes to specific pages and see where my visitors are coming from, which is invaluable information for planning and executing exercises. As a result, we can now see in detail how users interact with our platform. We have been able to improve our data-driven decision making with their help in audience segmentation and complete customer journey analysis, allowing us to identify crucial touch points for conversion. Amplitude excels with its cohort functionality and easy-to-use graphs, which provide valuable insights into product usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't recommend it to beginners because of how complicated it is; if you want to learn how to use it and manage your brand's needs with it, you'll need to take advantage of all the features and options it offers to calibrate your website tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to its help, I was able to fine-tune the segmentation of website visitors in a way that would allow me to collect accurate demographic information, such as age, gender, location and interests, for quantitative analysis purposes. This data will be invaluable in determining how to improve or maintain the content and design of my website. We now know our users much better thanks to Amplitude. We have optimized our marketing campaigns and product development thanks to its ability to track customer events and activities in detail. In this context, Amplitude Analytics is what you need if you want to optimize your day-to-day life and that of your team. It is very useful for any website because it monitors all the activities you perform on it and also gives you the facility to evaluate the reach obtained and project it more and more according to your needs.

Their capacity to deliver and adapt their own product to the changes in the market or the necessities of their client base.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's always a learning curve for every skill or tool. With Amplitude, this is very true, but in their discharge I'd say that this is quite common for every player within the Product Analytics field.

Defining North Star metrics, finding insights on my client base and how they use my products, identifying my power users, etc. etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I cannot run campaigns (Push Notifications, W/A) as of now. (I've been using the same for 4 months, but still didnt discover how to do the same)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I'm a product manager, and spent nearly 20% of my work day dabbling with user flows and monitoring conversion rates of different funnels in my app.
- There exists different kinds of persona which enter the funnel and always need to monitor how those cohorts are performing. The segmentation feature comes very handy in doing so

A Data-Driven Success Across Several Companies
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is incredibly scalable and integrates smoothly with composable technologies, especially CDPs. It provides quick access to actionable insights, accelerating the value businesses get from their data investments. It enables teams to easily derive insights and make informed decisions, making data accessible to all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s little to dislike about Amplitude—it's transparent and well-focused. However, I am cautious about the broadening of their product suite into non-analytic areas (like CDP and experimentation). My hope is that this expansion won’t slow down innovation within their core analytics and reporting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude democratizes data, making it accessible to everyone across an organization. It ensures consistency in reporting, empowers collaboration, and helps teams make data-driven decisions faster.
This is better than New Relic

Very complete analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a few competitors and this is the analytics tool that I find the most complete and flexible, which is why we decided to use it
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing, when we first started to use it we had a difficult time understanding the views
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Amplitude to track all of our data, from clicks to visits etc, we like that you can integrate it with other tools and send events via API as well
Amplitude is a fun puzzle game that gives more insights than you could ever hope for.
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude offers so many insights, so much data, if used correctly it simplifies hunting down specific user streams, and different interactions with our platform. What I appreciate the most is that I don't have to create charts literally from scratch, because there are too many moving parts which I might make a mistake with - if I create one good chart and cover all my bases, I can reuse, copy and readjust endlessly.
Most notably, to me, Amplitude is like a fun puzzle, I thoroughly enjoy experimenting and digging up new features and new insights into our users' engagement on our platform.
Most notably, to me, Amplitude is like a fun puzzle, I thoroughly enjoy experimenting and digging up new features and new insights into our users' engagement on our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more you learn about what Amplitude can do and how much you find out you'd have use for, the more often it happens that something is either too manual to achieve, or perhaps sometimes impossible with current features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is helping us answer very important questions on a regular basis - who uses our product, how much is our product used, which specific features are performing well and which not so much, what are our targets for improving our product, or for supporting our users and giving them direction.
