Great Tool for QA
What do you like best about the product?
Zebrunner is an excellent tool for both test automation and manual testing, offering an intuitive and user-friendly interface that makes it easy to work with. Its simplicity in navigating through features and functionalities enhances productivity, especially for teams looking to streamline their testing processes. The tool provides comprehensive insights and reporting capabilities, making it a great choice for both beginners and experienced users alike. What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I particularly dislike about Zebrunner; it's a great tool overall. However, it would be nice to see an integration with AI to auto-generate test cases, which could further enhance efficiency and speed up the testing process

Zebrunner has made managing test cases incredibly easy and efficient. Its streamlined approach to handling test executions and reporting has significantly improved the organization and tracking of our testing efforts, leading to better productivity and faster results

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zebrunner as part of the manual testing team, and it has been a game-changer for our workflow. The ability to easily run automated tests has significantly improved our efficiency. The interface is user-friendly, allowing us to quickly navigate through different test cases and view results in real-time. The detailed analytics help us track progress and identify issues. Overall, Zebrunner has streamlined our testing process and boosted our productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any problems, and I really like everything about it.

Zebrunner speeds up my work as a manual tester by making it easier to manage test cases, run automated tests, and quickly analyze results.
Best test case management I've ever used: intuitive & efficient
What do you like best about the product?
As a manual tester, it's a pleasure to work with Zebrunner. Everything is designed to be as convenient and intuitive as possible. I love the features that speed up the creation and organization of test cases—my favorite is the 'Add Quick Case'. The ability to share steps, clone, and reuse test cases as needed is fantastic. The drag-and-drop functionality for quickly moving test cases and test steps is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m generally very happy with Zebrunner.
The new AI features, such as test case autocompletion and suggestions, show a lot of promise. Although they’re currently in beta and have some limitations, I’m looking forward to seeing how they evolve.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zebrunner simplifies the whole testing process. Now I create and manage my tests quickly and easily. This really saves me time and lets me concentrate more on the testing itself.
Easy to align both manual and automated test cases
What do you like best about the product?
Zebrunner is a software that is very UI friendly. It is easy to organize manual test cases in the best way possible. The test run feature allows you to easily run several manual/automated tests for different clients and app versions. It is extremely easy to integrate the zebrunner automation reporting with any exisiting automation scripts, all it requires is a simple config file. The ability to integrate jira with zebrunner has also been a great benefit. As we are going through our maual test cases and marking them as passed/faiiled, we are able to both create and link jira issues directly from zebrunner.

There is nothing we have run into that we have been dissapointed on yet.

It has made it very easy to organize and manage our many manual test cases. It also allows us to easily connect automation to each of these test scripts and view the reports in zebrunner
User-Friendly and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the ease of use. The drag-and-drop feature for reordering test cases is intuitive and saves a lot of time. Whether I need to move one test case or several, bulk mode makes it very easy.
Closing test runs is easy and efficient. Once finished, we can lock the results to prevent any changes, which is very convenient. Separate tabs for open and closed runs, as well as filtering options, keep everything organized and simple to navigate.

I really can’t point out anything that I dislike about Zebrunner Test Case Management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Zebrunner has improved the efficiency and accuracy of our test management. Also, our workflow has become smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
One cool thing about Zebrunner Automation Reporting is Launcher. It really makes life easier with its one-click test launches. I can also schedule and rerun specific tests without any hassle. Linking bugs directly to Jira issue is a big plus. I can link to an existing Jira issue or create a new one directly from Zebrunner.
Also, if a test failure is linked to a Jira issue, and the same error happens again before the Jira issue is closed, the system will automatically link the new failure to the same issue and count it separately in the stats. It’s very convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not all screens support mobile view, which would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zebrunner really speeds up analyzing failed tests and gives us a clear view of the test run results. This allows us to support a larger number of tests with fewer people, saving on costs.
Comprehensive and efficient test management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I work with Zebrunner as a member of the manual testing team. I really like the process of creating and editing test cases. It’s convenient to highlight text, change colors, insert links, and images, making the cases easy to work with. I appreciate the ability to view Jira tickets related to the case without following a link - this speeds up the work. Easy access to results and testing history is also great. The detailed user guide helped me get up to speed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more contrasting shades in the light theme - this would make it easier to navigate through test suites for me

All-in-1 platform for better teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Zebrunner Testing Platform does a good job of consolidating everything we need into one place, and that’s the main thing. Both our manual QA and automation teams use it, which makes it super easy to manage test cases and quickly tackle issues with detailed automation reports. The integrations with Jira and Slack are particularly helpful for keeping the team in sync. Overall, it has enhanced our processes and made team collaboration more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t really come across anything I’d complain about. Everything’s been pretty solid so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zebrunner’s easy import from TestRail made it super quick to move all our test cases over. This has cleared up the performance issues we had before, so our team can find bugs way faster. Plus, the support team has been really helpful, which makes everything run smoothly.

I like fast, simple functionality of the product and the UI design is pleasing to the eye.
