What do you like best about the product?
The sprinkler is a best software to work upon. Multiple options are available which makes work look simple. Easy to download the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Everything seems great at sprinklr
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To easily receive the client concern at one page and resolve it efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a CS CC system for telecom. REally good for integrating other system with it.Customer support answers fast and correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really sure not spent alot time resisting all of it features so can't really tell.Probably not getting the swagger for all the API(only JSON). It would be easy to use them if we got all the swagger from
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integretating other system, the principle is very easy to understand and implement, external APIs. And the power of custom fields and its use in the servise.

The recently launched Generate Summary feature which reads the conversation and provide overview of the discussion about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading the data set restricted to 10,000 conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understading the Sentiment of the converations.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe that the practicality of monitoring is the best point to be highlighted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI of the platform doesn't work very well yet, you could form a partnership with CHAT GPT 4.0.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass communication about a subject, very good management.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly usefull managing multiple social media platforms including servicing channels like Instagram and X along with review channels like yelp and google my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Random updates and really think a wrench into things. It seems like almost every update comes with a hiccup, and then when that's reported, it takes weeks or months for a resolution. Currently my team is sitting on an ongoing issue for a few months with new idea of when we'll have a resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all messages from all social media platforms in one place is a game changer. It allows our teams to be more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone is very quick to respond and clearly eager to help any way that they can. They want to both understand your issue and have a back-and-forth dialogue on how to not only fix it, but improve the experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every company works the same way, so sometimes you have to go against the grain (so to speak) to accomplish what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're helping us respond to customers who reach out with questions or issues so that we can answer and resolve them in a quick and effective manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that sprinkler allows me to assist customers within my company in a timely and efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the delays in the form update when typing information in the screens
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinkler is providing a bridge between my company and the customers that are speech challenged or simply unable to have a verbal conversation to resolve their issue

What do you like best about the product?
Access to multiple platforms and the ability to bulk update information are my favorite features of sprinklr.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a lot of room for QoL changes. The one that comes to mind is being able to name my pinned tabs. The reason you pin tabs is so you can access them easily, but if you have lets say 4 pinned tabs, they all just say "Ad Manager" or someting which starts to break down the efficiency of locking the tabs to begin with. Furthermore, hitting the "back" button on your browser will move you back to the last page you were on, BUT will do so on whatever tab you're currently on. E.G. I have Pinned Tab A and B. If I start on A, then navigate to B, then hit the "back" button on my browser, instead of navigating back to A, it will just change my pinned B tab to Tab A........ Whats the point of pinning if this is the case?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No comment. I dont use Sprinklr Service hardly ever. Usually I just submit tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
Since the update I love how the system gives the sequence of events and when they put the notes like a timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how I have to fish around for the account number and is usually not in the same spot every time
