The ability to put together an impactful workspace in minutes

Missing functionality, such as being able to pick only a sub-set of tracked competitive domains for comparison

Amazing SEO Growth Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Conductor has been essential to our growth. Its helpful and easy-to-use search tools allowed us to easily assess opportunities to grow within our keyword strategy on a geographic basis.
The report's/dashboard functionality helps us easily review our SEO health and performance on a monthly basis and further helps inform future decisions.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool requires some training in order to understand all the functionality. Once you get the hang of that, it's great to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved to Conductor on an Enterprise platform. It helps us streamline the process (research, action items) and all the key stakeholders can pop into the platform at any time to use the tool or understand where we are in our SEO strategy.
We've realized how close we are (within striking distance) on many keywords within the industry and our competitors which has helped us create new content around those opportunities.

easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I just got introduced to Conductor about 6 months ago from a colleague that runs SEO. I had never used it before. Now I use it each week for at a glance performance of my business, it's very easy to read, and easy to access past reports. The dashboard is superior to other programs that I've used before. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike in the features that I have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am need to look at changes in search performance week over week, for a specific segment, Conductor allowed us to create a custom report that delivers the metrics I need to my in box each Monday.
Solid Tool, Room to Grow
What do you like best about the product?
Conductor provides excellent custom reporting, really granular tracking, and the ability to monitor international SEO very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking data only updating once a week can be frustrating, tagging is more of an attribute than a filter, and updating individual or group keyword attributes is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying opportunities for better ranking, tracking keywords to priority content. Helping us better prioritize where to focus our efforts.

Not being able to provision more than one search engine.

Page by page analysis - we started from the ground up with SEO and it has driven most of our strategy

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting features throughout the tool are really helpful to get a quick glance on how a site is doing, keyword movers, and search visibility. Having access to DeepCrawl is great so that I can run technical audits of the site. I also like using Conductor's Chrome Extension to easily access on-page info and that they regularly host webinars on SEO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although they provide a lot of material on using Conductor, I think there's more of a learning curve compared to other SEO tools. The tool can be helpful if you know what you need and how to get it. Also, a lot of my work is related to backlinks which isn't an area Conductor focuses on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor shines in keyword tracking and being able to group keywords into different buckets for analysis and reporting. It also keeps track of changes you make on a page which helps you see if that has any effect on its rankings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Conductor pulls social trend data into its ad hoc explorer functionality, it's a nice complement to search data that you don't see often in other platforms right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is still a little clunky and not super intuitive, but there's always a live help chat available that is very quick to answer any questions about how to do or find something.

We use Conductor for research and to track ongoing search performance over time.
